Daniel is on Riker's Island, writing a letter to Emily explaining that he's not guilty.
Nolan drops by to see Emily and sees the letter from Daniel. She admits that she had lost focus and got too involved.
Victoria is trying to get Charlie to tell a sketch artist what the hooded person on the beach looked like. Declan drops by for orientation and is grilled as well.
There are still no leads as to the location of "Amanda Clarke." Victoria is adamant they spare no expense tracking her down. Attorney Brooks tells Victoria and Conrad they need to find another viable suspect. Victoria hints at lying about what Charlie saw on the beach.
Nolan wants Jack to give up on "Amanda." He's not ready to do that, given the blood he found in her jacket.
Brooks tells everybody that Daniel won't be getting bail. Victoria shows them a sketch that looks quite a bit like Jack. She and Emily exchange steely glances.
Victoria, Conrad and Emily decide hiring a spin doctor would be a good idea. Emily says she'll look into Mason Treadwell.
Victoria calls Lee, the shady young man she'd previously used to break into Jack's to steal the Treadwell tapes. She ask about getting a "message" to someone inside Riker's.
Emily asks Nolan to find Treadwell. He tells her about Jack and she thinks he should send him out of town on an "Amanda" hunt.
Emily meets with Daniel in prison. He's having a rough go of it. She gives him some advice about how to handle being inside.
Nolan meets with Treadwell, who says he'll never write again. He blames "Amanda" for what happened to his home. Nolan tells him about Daniel's arrest and the potential connection to "Amanda."
Treadwell meets with Victoria, telling her that the sketch doesn't mean all that much. Victoria offers him exclusive access and wants him to begin blogging about the case online immediately. Ashley has already set him up with a domain name. [thetreadwellreport.com]
Daniel is jumped in the prison shower and severely beaten by several men.
On Riker's the following day Emily and Victioria are told that Daniel sustained a concussion and a number of broken bones. Victoria immediately reminds everyone that the judge had promising to revisit Daniel's incarceration if he was in danger. Brooks says the judge is looking at house arrest and Daniel could be home the next day.
Treadwell stops by Jack's bar and tells him about the eyewitnesses placing him on the beach. Treadwell wonders if "Amanda" put him up to it and Jack throws the smarmy weasel out. Declan follows Treadwell from of the bar and tells him Jack is being set-up, adding that Charlie was on painkillers the night of the murder and doesn't remember anything.
Emily follows Victoria as she meets and pays off Lee who had arranged for Daniel to be beaten, and takes a number of photos of the exchange with her cell' 'phone. Victoria then meets up with a man who knows her as "Vicki Harper."
Emily breaks into a safe.
Treadwell wants to talk to Charlie, using her prescription pills as leverage to get her to open up. He tells her "you don't have to be like the rest of your family."
Nolan tells Jack that "Amanda" hasn't withdrawn any of the money in the account. He tells him that perhaps "Amanda" is waiting for him in Montreal and he should go find her.
Victoria and the "new" man speak post-coital. He is your garden variety starving artist, complete with an accent, who seems to be an old love.
While working on his blog Treadwell gets an IM from somebody who says he knows who burned his house. They tell him to check the drawer, where he finds his tapes. He thinks he's chatting with "Amanda." The person tells him Victoria has the answers. Of course we see that it was the real Amanda, Emily.
Lying in bed Victoria and her artist catch up on old times. She checks in by 'phone with Conrad, who tells her that Daniel is being released on $10 million bail and is on his way home followed by the press.
Daniel is set up at home with his ankle monitor. He's told that if he violates his house arrest perimeter he'll go back to prison.
Charlie is furious with Declan for selling her out to Treadwell. His latest blog post reports that Declan says Charlie was under the influence of champagne and painkillers and invented the person she saw on the beach. He tells her that eventually she'll understand, but she doesn't care, saying "it's time for your exit. She hangs up and takes another pill.
Victoria arrives home to find out about Declan talking to Treadwell. The story has gone viral and now the family is in doubt. Emily confirms having seen Charlie with pills and Brooks says Charlie is no longer a viable witness. Daniel's entire defense is now shot.
Charlie admits to Victoria that she's high. Victoria slaps her as Conrad comes to the door, saying she may have doomed her brother.
Jack tells Declan he's headed to Montreal. Nolan is helping run the bar in his absence. After Jack leaves Nolan says he knows what Declan is doing, and that Jack doesn't realize his brother is protecting him with his statement to Mason.
Treadwell tells Victoria he saw right through her plan and wasn't interested in helping her frame an innocent man. When she demands he run a retraction, he says he knows she burned down his home and has his tapes. She says it was "Amanda" and he threatens to "burn you at the stake" if she brings Amanda Clarke into the case.
Wearing a brown wig, Emily picks up Lee in the same bar she'd followed Victoria to the night she arranged for her son's beating. She surreptitiously records their conversation while going shot-for shot of booze with Lee.
Victoria tells Daniel "all this will be over soon." She brings up the idea that Emily was the one who finished the job, asking how he knows that Emily wasn't there. He says that if she tries to bring Emily into his defense as an alternative killer, he'll confess to everything.
Emily suggests she and the guy leave the bar together as Daniel is trying to reach her on the phone.
Online Victoria reads about her artist, Dominik Wright, whose career fell apart over drug and forgery charges. He calls her, asking if they'll ever see each other again. When Conrad enters the room she hangs up on him. Conrad tells her she needs to be discreet with any affairs. She accuses him of directing Treadwell to the tapes. He calls her delusional. Victoria returns to Dominik.
Emily surprises Lee in the parking lot with a rapid series of strikes and kicks. He is unable to effectively defend himself, and is beaten to the ground. Emily tells his barely conscious form: "This is for Jack... and that was for Daniel."
She obtains an impression of the helpless Lee's key before leaving.

Open with Emily talking, in voice-over, about absolution as she stands alone over her father's grave. She leaves a single rose on the metal plaque marking his resting place before she leaves.
We then see some news reports about Daniel's trial, which is being called a "Trial of the Decade" candidate. A crowd of protesters accusing Daniel of being part of the 1 percent voice their disbelief about the 11th hour confession and suicide that could exonerate the Graysons' heir.
Jack warns Declan about the Graysons knowing he lied on the stand.
Conrad and Victoria bicker about Dominick.
Emily goes to check on Charlie in her room. Charlie has been doing research about her father, David Clarke, and has a number of articles and photos spread out on her bed. She's found a picture of David in the prison yard, taken on the day he died. Emily and Charlie both think he looks scared, and we can see he's writing something in a journal that does not look like the anything inside the "infinity" box, a.k.a the Revenge Chest.
Emily calls Nolan with news that there must be a missing journal. She catches him pulling it out of a safe. He says he was honoring David's wishes by not giving it to her.
Emily reads the journal. He's talking about people plotting his execution as he gets closer to the truth. He writes something about a "CM" who is bringing him information he needs moments before being stabbed by a guard. Emily looks up CM in the Grayson company database and finds an employee named Carole Lynn Miller who died ten years earlier.
Noland assures Jack that Declan should be fine.
Charlie is still getting prescription drugs from Adam. Declan stops by wanting to talk to her but she blows him off.
Emily is looking into Miller's death when Jack drops by. He asks her about the Graysons and whether it's smart to marry into the family. Daniel calls with news: the charges have been dropped.
Victoria meets with an SEC agent and asks for full immunity in exchange for information about a domestic terrorist. He's going to check on what he can offer.
Emily meets Daniel and they leave prison together. Back at home he's greeted by his parents. Daniel is still getting killed in the press, which shows that public opinion very much against him. The plan is to make a huge PR push. Ashley tells Victoria she's been offered a position by Brooks, but Victoria asks her to hang around to serve as media liaison until Daniel's interviews are figured out. As Ashley walks away Victoria wears her telltale menacing smile.
Emily breaks into the hospital and looks at Miller's records. She calls the doctor of record, who says he had a Carole Thomas with a similar background, but says she is very much alive.
Emily goes to see Miller, flashing a Homeland Security badge. Miller was a secretary with Conrad's company. She pulls a shotgun on Emily and we find out this is Nolan's aunt. He tells Miller who Emily really is.
Miller investigated the Grayson's company, ultimately finding out David Clark was innocent. An investigator saved her life by helping fake her death. She recalls a white-haired man whose name she doesn't know, who met with Conrad a number times near the plane crash. Emily doesn't seems upset with Nolan for concealing his family, saying she would have done the same.
Jack confronts Daniel along, and reveals he was the one who dragged Tyler's body up the beach and tells him about the hoodie. He thinks Daniel owes it to Emily to ignore what his parents may be up to.
Declan tells the school about Charlie's drugs, which they find in her locker. She threatens to have her father pull his tuition.
Brooks tells Ashley that her job offer has been pulled. Based on Victoria's suggestion he looked into her background and found out she leaked the picture of Daniel. Brooks explains that he already has problems trusting his clients, and he can't surround himself with employees he can't trust.
Conrad gets word that the SEC has raided his company.
Emily wonders if this interview is an opportunity for Daniel to come clean and separate himself from his family.
Conrad tells Daniel what is happening with their family and Grayson Global while, thanks to a bug in his office, Emily listens in from a remote location. Conrad tells him about Victoria paying somebody to beat him up in prison. He then asks if he's ready to take on his role as the family heir. When Daniel agrees, he tells his son to shut his office doors. Conrad then opens up about everything, starting with David Clarke.
Victoria's found out about Charlie's suspension and the drugs. She wants to help her daughter. Victoria sees the picture of David Clarke that Charlie stole from her.
Before the interview Emily again advises Daniel to come clean. Victoria drops by and takes a couple of shots at Emily. Daniel asks Victoria about the circumstances that led to him being released from prison and placed under house arrest. Before she can answer his interview begins.
Daniel tells the interviewer he understands why people were so upset with him. She brings up the SEC investigation of the Grayson company. As Emily looks on from off camera, Daniel says that his father is the victim of a witch hunt, and he stands by him as a father and business partner.
After the interview Conrad offers Ashley a job at Grayson Global, sealing the deal with the gift of a luxury car.
Declan's tuition has been pulled. Nolan steps in to pay his tuition instead.
Victoria takes Charlie to David Clarke's resting place. Victoria tells her daughter that David Clarke was a good man, and because of him she loves Charlie even more. Then they spot the still relatively fresh rose on David Clarke's grave, indicating somebody has been there recently.
Emily tells Nolan about Conrad confessing everything to Daniel before the interview. She says she's still going to marry him, then she's going to track the people who killed her father and kill them.
In one of the Treadwell videos Emily spots the white-haired man. She recognizes him as the man who killed her father.

In December 2002, (real) Amanda (then a brunette) is at a club with a man she ends up beating up in the bathroom. She meets Nolan for what seems to be the second time after he gave her a piece of her company. She hasn't read her faher's journals yet and he tells her she must do it.
Conrad meets with Frank and Victoria. They have received a letter that says "Shame -- David Clarke." Since Clarke's been dead for months, they are treating this like a threat and are inviting anybody who might know what happened to Clarke to a party in an attempt to flush out who is responsible.
Amanda goes to Jack's bar, sees him for the first time and seems to be interested. His girlfriend at the time is one of the bartenders.
Amanda breaks into her old house and has flashbacks to childhood. Her dad is leaving for Conrad's Christmas part with his brother Bill, who gives her a present before the two men leave. Back in present day '02 Amanda finally takes the time to read her father's journals and learns all about what happened to him.
The Davis' arrive to stay with the Graysons. We learn that a dummy corporation owns David Clarke's old house and isn't interested in selling.
Jack and his girlfriend are arguing over money. She wants to make more money and eventually go to Europe, but he's concerned about his father's business. Amanda asks the girlfriend if she can work for her on New Year's Eve.
Victoria sneak off to David Clarke's place. She flashes back to the Christmas party where she met David, a rising star in Conrad's company, for the first time. Conrad find her over there and we learn that the Grayson's own the place and Conrad wants to sell it because he thinks she still loves David. Emily hears all of this.
Emily works the New Year's party. She runs into Treadwell and recognizes him from her childhood. Treadwell tells Victoria he's working on the book about David and gives her the picture of David from the day he was killed. A man named Roger tells Emily he'd like to be seated as far away from the Conrads as possible. She recognizes his name from her father's journal as being "a true friend."
Nolan drops by Jack's bar and the two meet officially.
Amanda finds Roger a bottle of whiskey from Conrad's private stash. She asks him about her father. He wants her to drop it, but she says she isn't afraid of the Conrads.
Flashback to David leaving the Christmas party and says good-bye to Victoria. They talk about their children and appear to be developing a connection.
Conrad and Frank talk about Roger. Conrad talks to Lydia about buying David's home. He mentions that he owns the property and this leads to them fooling around.
A drunken Roger starts speaking a little too freely. He falls into Emily before Frank leads him away.
Nolan talks to Jack's father about his financial issues and the boys' mother not being involved in their lives.
Frank and Roger begin to have strong words about David. Amanda arrives with some aspirin.
Conrad addresses the party and announces that the Davis' will be moving in next door. Victoria looks shocked.
At midnight Jack's girlfriend grabs Nolan and kisses him. Jack punches Nolan.
Lydia and Victoria talk about the home. She tells Lydia that she lied about the home and apologizes. Victoria gives Lydia her blessing.
We see that Roger gave Amanda a piece of paper when he bumped into her. She reads it while watching Roger and Frank through the window. Amanda goes to his rooms and finds him in a bathtub full of blood.
Later in the night we see that Roger is dead and Victoria seems well-aware Frank may have had something to do with the "suicide." Victoria finds out that Treadwell was the one who wrote the note. He did it on purpose to stir the pot.
A sobbing Amanda calls Nolan and tells him about Roger. He warns her she'll never be able to bring the Graysons down. She yells "the hell I won't!"
We hear Roger's note. He said he'd help her, but warned her to stay away from the Graysons.
In present day Daniel comes home from work to Amanda as the blonde Emily.
There is apparently a New Year's Eve party coming up.

Emily is digging what looks like a grave and talking about the stages of grief.
36 HOURS EARLIER
Emily watches video of her father being interviewed. He mentions wanting to make sure his daughter gets the video. Voiceover Emily says grief is a life sentence for her.
Conrad tells Daniel the plan is to use his wedding to help with their PR problems. They also want to make sure Jack doesn't become an issue. Daniel says he has a plan for Jack. A concerned Nolan calls Emily, as both of them have been watching through a hidden camera. The white-haired man comes in to see Conrad and tells him he's becoming a problem to the "initiative." Emily tells Nolan she's going to create a reason for the two to meet, then track the white-haired man and when Nolan asks "What then?" she replies "You already know the answer to that."
Daniel tells Emily he feels like it's his responsibility to help the company by using their wedding. He gets her to agree to sit down with Ashley and talk it over. Emily changes the memory card in a camera hidden in a book.
Victoria tells Charlie she'll be back at school starting in a few weeks. She wants her mother to go to family counseling. Victoria is not all that interested.
Victoria complains to agent McGowan about her husband still not being in prison. He says there isn't enough evidence of a conspiracy. She says she can't handle it on her own.
Daniel gives Jack some money to help with Declan and the bar.
Conrad tells Victoria he knows she was the one who put the SEC on him. She tells him about Charlie's addiction counselor wanting to meet with the entire family. Lydia is now hanging out with Conrad in nighttime lingerie.
Declan studies with a young gal named Jamie from his school. He defends Charlie.
Emily wants Nolan to encrypt a video of her and Daniel sleeping and E-mail it to Conrad. She thinks he'll think the white-haired man is threatening them. Nolan is concerned about how dangerous Conrad is.
Conrad and Lydia playfully hint at a wedding over the phone. Conrad gets the E-mail and immediately calls the white-haired man to set-up a meeting. Emily starts to head out the door, but is trapped when Daniel and Ashley come over for the wedding planning session.
Jack tells Nolan about getting the million bucks from Daniel. He wants to start a charity. Emily calls Nolan and asks him to help her trail the white-haired man and find out where he lives.
Victoria pays Lydia a visit. She tells her about the government's building of a case against Conrad and warns her that that she could be in trouble for perjuring herself all those years ago. Victoria tells Lydia about the fact Conrad is holding on the forgeries from Dominik Wright. She takes a letter opener and slashes one of them.
Emily tells she wants a private wedding. Daniel is irritated that Emily is paying more attention to her cell' 'phone (updates from Nolan) than Ashley's wedding plans for them.
At the meeting Conrad tells the white-haired man that he has evidence that will burn him if he ever threatens to harm his son again. The white-haired man stands up and walks out.
Daniel is furious that Emily keeps checking her 'phone. This leads to an argument about the Graysons. Even Ashley is pissed at Emily.
Declan and Jamie help Jack look for his dog Sammy, who is missing.
Nolan texts Emily the address where the white-haired man is located.
The white-haired man calls someone and tells them "someone's on to us." The doorbell rings and we see that it is Nolan in a fake mustache pretending to be the cable guy. He's given Emily the wrong address.
Emily and Nolan's mother argue over what she's planning and whether David would have approved.
Nolan works on the cable as the white-haired man watches him carefully. The white-haired man asks for a card. He quizzes Nolan before letting him leave.
Conrad returns home to a concerned Lydia. She tells him about the painting and the evidence. There is a letter waiting for Conrad.
Nolan tells Emily that he "gave her options." Emily comes home to find a very sick-looking Sammy on her porch. She calls Jack to let him know.
During the counseling session Conrad says a number of negative things about the entire family. Victoria tells him that Lydia has betrayed him. Charlie is frustrated and walks away.
Jack lays Sammy in front of the fire. Jack is emotional, saying he doesn't think he can say good-bye. Eventually he does and both he and Emily weep. She flashes back to her childhood.
Declan and Jamie return to his place, planning to make some "Lost Dog" signs for Sammy. When Jamie goes to the bathroom a weepy Charlie walks in complaining about her family. She says nice things about him and asks if she can stay the night. Jamie walks out of the bathroom and Charlie jumps to conclusions. The two women bicker and Charlie makes a crack about Declan having skeletons in his closet.
Daniel tells Victoria that if she destroys Conrad "you're dead to me."
Emily and Jack kiss passionately after Sammy dies. Ashley witnesses this through the door.
Jack and Emily have dug a grave for Sammy. Before he goes to get the body he tells her how nice it was to have somebody with him. Jack talks about Sammy leading him to her all those years ago. They don't know what they're going to do. Emily continues to dig, which appears to be what we saw in the opening.
Charlie scores more drugs from her dealer.
With Emily watching via hidden camera, Victoria tells Daniel she agrees to his ultimatum. She gives him the evidence she'd been planning to turn over and tells him "what you chose to do with it is entirely up to you." After his mother leaves Daniel calls Conrad and says "Mom bought it." He'll bring the information to his father in the morning. Victoria hears this call from the hallway.
Jack tells Declan that Sammy is dead.
Nolan calls Emily. She thanks him and says she's "starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel." He shows her that he has video surveillance inside the white-haired man's home.
Daniel returns home and embraces Emily. She apologizes and goes to bed without any word of the suitcase he had in his hands.
Nolan notices that something is wrong with the video feed because the clock in the white-haired man's living room is displaying the wrong time. Just as he starts to figure out that he's watching a video loop instead of a live feed, the white-haired man sneaks up from behind him and chokes him unconscious.

Emily seems to fake a home intrusion in order to cover for stealing the content of Daniel's briefcase. She tells him it was an older man with white hair.
Daniel tells Conrad, who shows his son a video of he and Emily sleeping. Conrad said that with this evidence gone, "I'm a dead man." He orders a sweep of Grayson manor.
Emily can't reach Nolan on his phone.
Jack looks at the check from Daniel and gives Emily a call. She doesn't answer.
Emily finds the back door open at Nolan's place. On a table is Nolan's laptop, open with a picture of sign on the screen. It says "CALL MY CELL OR I DIE." She calls and can see the white haired man answer on the screen. He's in a holding cell of some kind with Nolan. She tells him Nolan's not the one he wants. She tells him her real name and that she knows he killed her father. He agrees they have unfinished business and asks how they should handle it. "Face to face," she says.
Victoria doesn't want to let Conrad search the home. Three microphones are quickly found in his study. Conrad thinks her talks with the SEC are to blame.
Daniel finds a camera in a book in his room.
Emily meets with the white haired man, who immediately pulls a gun on and finds out she's not armed or wired. She tells him about the evidence in her possession about the Initiative's role in carrying out a terrorist plot on U.S. soil. She wants to be taken to Nolan. He demands that she chloroform herself before they leave.
Emily flashes back to childhood and finding an injured bird on the porch. She wakes up handcuffed next to Nolan in the cell. The white haired man threatens to hurt Nolan and she tells him where the evidence is located. The key is on her keychain and she says there is an E-mail programmed to expose him in exactly one hour.
The white haired man leaves to check on the evidence. Emily quickly retrieves a thin piece of metal from the weave of her sweater, picks the lock on her cuffs and lets Nolan free. She is going to stay, while his job is to deliver information to the Feds.
Charlotte is strangely nice to Declan and Jamie. She tells him "I'm happy for you."
Jack shows up at Grayson Global and gives Daniel his check back. After he leaves Ashley hints that she knows something about Jack and Emily, and it looks like she's going to share it.
Charlotte comes home and looks up the number of an investigator. Identifying herself as Victoria, she has the man look into Jamie.
Conrad gives Lydia a ring, calling it a "promise." She accepts.
Nolan plants the evidence in the trunk of SEC investigator McCelan's car.
The white-haired man returns to find Emily sitting in a chair armed with an axe. They fight and eventually Emily gets the upper hand, sitting on top of the man with the axe on his windpipe.
Just as she is about to choke him to death she flashes back to setting the bird free with her father. David told her his favorite thing about her is the way she loves. She lets the white haired man live.
Victoria tells her SEC agent buddy that she can't take credit for the evidence finding its way to him. He tells her that Lydia has recanted her testimony. Victoria is confident she can work on her. The agent then drops the bombshell that Conrad contracted to have David killed.
Emily comes home to a very angry Daniel. He asks her if she kissed Jack and she admits it. She tells him the truth is that "I'm not the person you fell in love with." She points out that he's becoming what he never wanted to be, "a Grayson" and gives back the ring. She apologizes and he leaves.
The white-haired man tells Conrad that he had nothing to do with the evidence finding its way to the SEC. While Emily watches, he tells Conrad he's on his way to the airport and suggests he might want to do the same.
Daniel tells Victoria that he broke things off with Emily. He tells Victoria he didn't turn over the evidence and wants her not to testify. She tells him about Conrad having David murdered. Daniel responds that both of them have done terrible things, but at least Conrad's were in the best interest of the family. She thinks she is finally righting a terrible wrong and "nobody will stand in my way."
Victoria calls Lydia and suggests she rethink aligning herself with Conrad and promises she'll be coming for her after she's done with her husband. Conrad walks into the room and Lydia tells him her father had a heart attack and she needs to go home. He offers to give her a ride or use of his plane, but she declines. He says he understands perfectly and gives her a kiss.
Nolan mentions to Emily that it seems all that is left is Jack. She says she plans to tell him "everything." Emily gives Jack a call and says she'd like to stop by that night. Nolan and Emily toast her father.
Evidence is mailed to everybody in school that Jamie had a relationship with a teacher at her old school. Declan confronts Charlotte, telling her she's just like Victoria, and that he never wants to speak with her again.
Victoria drops by to see Emily and says perhaps now the two of them can move on. When Emily suggests Victoria take back her engagement gift, Victoria tells her to open it. The box was empty and Victoria says she knew that Emily's future with Daniel was as empty as the box.
Emily gives Sam's collar to Jack, prepared to tell him everything. But out of the other room walks Amanda, who is pregnant. She gives a stunned Emily a hug, then says "Jack and I are going to have a baby." Emily says congratulations and leaves quickly. Outside the bar she tries to fight back tears.
Daniel has Ashley over for a drink. She wonder if she made a mistake telling him about observing Emily and Jack, but Daniel is happy he knew the truth sooner rather than later.
Before Victoria leaves for Washington, Charlotte asks her mother if getting retribution ever made her feel better. Victoria said it does when the party deserved it and tells Charlotte to forgive herself and move on.
Conrad bursts through the door and tries to convince Victoria not to testify because of what will happen to their children. When she brings up David's death, he says that order came from far above him. He promises her that if she boards the plane "it will be the last thing you do." She says "I'll see you in Hell."
Emily tells Nolan about Amanda's pregnancy. He says he's coming over and makes her promise not to do anything "revengey" until he gets there.
Victoria boards the plane. Beneath the jetliner a worker removes the chock from one of the landing gear, and as he leaves, he removes his watch cap. It is the white haired man.
We see Conrad place a picture of Victoria and Lydia in the fire.
Charlotte watches a news report with word that her mother was killed in a plane crash. She calls Declan, who hangs up on her without listening to why she's calling.
Conrad rushes in to find Charotte unconscious with an empty pill vial beside her on her bed, appearing to have OD'd.
Nolan arrives to find Emily beside herself that the evidence that could have exonerated her father was on the plane that just exploded. He tells her that he backed-up and unencrypted the hard drive before turning it over to the SEC. It turns out that after the Graysons framed David, the Initiative handled the cover-up. It goes much deeper than that Graysons. We see video of Victoria references there being "more to the story" of David's wife when they met. Emily's mother isn't dead after all. The video is paused on Victoria's face. Emily says "Let it play" as the season comes to an end.

A scuba diver is searching the hull of the sunken sailing craft Amanda, which he reports "wasn't an accident." He finds a gold compass, then a body.
Oshima Island, Japan, three months earlier:
Emily is going through some kind of training ritual in the ocean as her martial arts mentor Satoshi Takeda (now played by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) and another man, an Occidental, look on. She is tied to a pier piling as the water level rises and the men talk about her fear being a problem.
Ashley comes to comfort Daniel, who is staring at a painting of Victoria, saying it will be tough to get used to her not being there.
Jack and Declan on the Amanda, with Jack looking at the small gold compass. A very pregnant Amanda comes down the lower level of the boat. Jack's not doing very well emotionally and Amanda is concerned.
Daniel's sister Charlotte/"Charlie" is preparing to be released from a sober living facility. She's missed Victoria's funeral and is excited about attending her mother's memorial.
The tide has risen during Emily's training and she's now under water. She flashes back to childhood and playing a game with what seems to be her mother. She then recalls her mother being sick. She's cut loose from the pier and brought to shore. She's furious that she was cut loose so close to unlocking information about her mother, but Takeda seems upset that was the reason she came to see him. Emily assures him she's going to find out what happened to her mother.
Emily pays Nolan a visit at his gym. He asks where she's been for weeks and she says "regrouping." She says her priorities have shifted and she's headed back to the Hamptons. Nolan's sold his house and asks if he can stay with her. She turns him down. Based on her new memory, she looks up Angel of Mercy hospital. The hospital was bought and closed two days after her father was arrested.
Jack's bar has failed inspection due to water damage and has been closed by the Health Department.
Ashley is organizing the auction. Conrad tells Daniel he'll open up his trust fund on the condition he invest all of it (along with his inheritance) back in the family company. Daniel says that what happened to Victoria is on both of them, but Conrad doesn't care about anything but money. Daniel tell him he needs to think about it.
Emily and Nolan break into the shuttered Angel of Mercy. She sends Nolan to the records room. She continues looking through the building and starts having more flashbacks. She remembers being taken forcibly from her ill mother. She finds the room where it happened and finds restraints on the bed. Nolan finds that a week before her father's arrest someone named Charlotte Clarke was on the visitor log. Emily thinks it must have been Victoria. Emily wonders what Victoria may have been trying to do to her mother. She looks back at footage of Victoria talking to Conrad and the white-haired man about her mother being a "liability." Nolan wonders whether Victoria could have had her mother declared insane. Emily says she needs to get close to the Graysons again. She tells Nolan he can stay with her temporarily.
Nolan goes to see Jack, and they greet one another warmly. He mentions to Jack that Emily is back in town. He see that Amanda is very pregnant.
Emily goes to see Charlie, who invites her to the memorial.
Emily tells Amanda she's "on a different path now." Amanda says she isn't going anywhere. Jack comes in the room and Emily says Amanda asked her to be the baby's godmother.
The Occidental from the Japanese training session ask Takeda for the chance to "guide her back." Takeda says if he fails the mission is over "for both of you."
At Victoria's memorial Daniel stares at the arriving Emily, flashing back to proposing. Conrad approaches him and Daniel tells him his money is remaining in a trust. He's not going to sink with the company.
Ashley and Emily exchange pleasantries. Daniel walks up and Emily tells him she's sorry for his loss. Emily walks away awkwardly when she sees the two of them are together as a couple.
Amanda asks Jack what's wrong with them, saying the baby will need stability. He tells her he's moving back in and leaving the boat. Jack asks Declan if he'd move onto the boat, but that doesn't go well. Declan thinks Jack should tell Amanda he's not in love with her.
Charlie tells Conrad she wants to sell the beach house. She okay with being bought out by Daniel if he's unwilling to sell.
Charlie isn't thrilled that Ashley is giving the tribute at the memorial and asks to say a few words. She takes the mic and says her mother was a woman "of many contradictions and secrets," but says it took losing her to realize how much she loved her. The counselor, Aiden Mathis (Barry Sloane), from the rehab facility gets word that Charlie's blood work came back positive. Charlie is furious, convinced that Conrad is behind this. She begins to make a scene, then rushes to Emily and whispers something into her ear.
Victoria opens her door to find Emily and demands "What in the hell are you doing here?" Charlie told Emily where to find Victoria, and tells her what happened with Charlie going back to rehab. Victoria places a call to a phone Charlie had hidden in her room, but hangs up when Mathis answers. Victoria thinks Conrad is trying to get his hands on Charlie's inheritance. Victoria says the government is keeping her safe while they build a case against Conrad.
Mathis thinks the phone must be her way of contacting her drug dealer and takes it away.
Mathis calls Conrad. It's clear he's been bribed to fake the positive drug test in order to help Conrad gain power of attorney.
Emily tells Nolan she wants to get a camera inside Victoria's place and wants him to do a deep background check on Mathis.
Jack drops by to see Emily. She cautions him that Amanda could be trouble and asks him whether he's sure the baby is his.
Emily tells Victoria that Charlie's rehab counsellor has been sued for malpractice and practiced under several names. She's also able to plant the disguised surveillance camera.
Jack asks Amanda where she went the previous summer when she left. She realizes he's asking whether the baby is his and she says she'll make an appointment for a pre-natal paternity test.
Ashley tries to assure Daniel his father couldn't have done what Charlie accused him of, but he's preoccupied.
Emily and Nolan watch the hidden camera and see her meet with the white-haired man. Victoria doesn't trust Emily and instructs him to "eliminate the liability."

Flashback to a young Amanda/Emily (Alyvia Alyn Lind) riding in the car with her mother (Jennifer Jason Leigh) on vacation. Emily asks about her father and whether her mother is sick. Emily was dreaming while watching the hidden camera in Victoria's home. Emily tells Nolan Victoria was lying about working with the government.
Ashley finds Daniel doing some work. He's concerned that Conrad has been cooking the books, making the company look more successful than it really is. Emily calls Daniel and tells him Charlie says she was scared of her doctor. Emily says Dr. Thomas has a history of keeping patients longer than necessary and wonders if perhaps he fixed the test. Aiden Mathis (Barry Sloane), from Takeda's training school is watching her through a riflescope.
Dr. Thomas asks Charlie a series of questions to assess her mental state. He asks if she believes other people are plotting against her.
Nolan shows Emily that something is happening at Victoria's place. She's talking with the white-haired man about fleeing the country with Charlie. He's got them fake passports, but Victoria says she can't pay him until Charlie gets her inheritance. Emily turns to Nolan and says she's going to take Victoria's daughter away from her.

Nolan's company is being audited. Members of his staff thinks he should hire a CFO.
Amanda thinks Emily is the reason Jack asked her for a paternity test. She admits to having a one-night stand, but says she thinks the baby is Jack's. Emily says she needs a favor.
Conrad makes what appears to be the final arrangement to take control of Charlie's inheritance. Ashley tells Conrad about Daniel being concerned about the numbers. Conrad tells her she needs to keep him away from an investor's meeting that day.
Daniel confronts Thomas and demands he retract his statement to a judge about Charlie's mental state. It's too late for that, but Daniel tells Charlie he'll help her get back her inheritance. She doesn't want his help and asks Emily to take her to Victoria.
Jack tells Declan he and Amanda took a paternity test. Jack seems unsure whether he'll stay around if the baby isn't his.
Charlie tells Emily she's supposed to leave the country with Victory, but isn't sure what to do without her money. Charlie finds out Amanda is pregnant and is overjoyed she's going to be an aunt.
Charlie arrives at Victoria's and tells her about Thomas and Conrad taking her money. Victoria tells her they need to get it back. She tells her about Amanda, "my sister," being pregnant. Charlie brought some valuables to sell, but Victoria still isn't happy. She says the plan all along was for the money and tells her stay with Amanda.
A weepy Charlie gets in the car with Emily and tells her to drive.
One of Nolan's employees, Padma (Dilshad Vadsaria), shows up at his place, still pushing for him to hire a CFO.
Conrad meets with investors. Daniel bursts into the room and Conrad leaves to calm him down. Out in hall he yells at his father for taking Charlie's money. Conrad says "it's done," but Daniel assures him that "it's far from over." Victoria calls Conrad and tells him if he doesn't do she tells him she'll haunt him til his last days.
Conrad comes to see Victoria. She tells him to hit her.
Nolan doesn't like the idea of giving up control. Padma tries to assure he'd gain control of somebody else who can help him. Nolan decides he'd like her to be the CFO.
Jack shows Amanda he has the unopened test results. She opens it and smiles. The baby is Jack's. Emily calls Amanda, who asks her whether or not the baby is actually Jack's. Emily's says no.
Charlie is moving to Emily's place. Daniel has opened up a new trust for Charlie and transferred all of his own inheritance into the fund. He tells her he made a promise to Victoria to be nice to her and wants to live up to it. Charlie looks like she's about to tell him Victoria's still alive, but gets distracted when Ashley walks into the room.
The white-haired man comes to Victoria's place, finding her beaten and cuffed to a radiator. He tells him to start running and we hear sirens in the background. He flees.
Police flood the home, led by Conrad who is asking "what did that pig do to you?"
Emily comes home and watches the scene at Victoria's place.
Conrad arrives home with Victoria and some authorities. A stunned Daniel is told that Victoria was abducted the night of the plane crash in an attempt to collect a ransom. Victoria isn't happy when Charlie tells her that Emily knows everything.
Conrad tells the authorities that trying to meet the abductor's demands cost him of all of his and Charlie's money.
Trey asks Declan to hold onto a diamond bracelet his father gave his stepmother. If he keeps it for a few days Trey will give him $500.
Charlie asks Emily if she'll keep the family's secret. Emily then meets with Victoria and offers her services. Daniel thanks Emily for being a good friend to the family.
The white-haired man calls Emily and says she has something he needs. She says "every frame of it."
Emily tells Nolan what's happening with Victoria's return. She says that she lied to Amanda about Jack not being the father.
Declan and Jack toast to the baby. He tells him he'll eventually move out when gets his own place. Amanda tells them to turn on the TV and they see a report on Victoria showing up.
Emily tells the white-haired man he can have video of Victoria and Conrad setting up the fake abduction and beating. In return for the tape she wants information about her family. We see that Victoria had visited Emily's mother in the hospital. Victoria tells her that David is a murderer and a terrorist. She tells her that the white-haired man is a federal agent who will keep her safe. She goes with him. In the present the white-haired man tells Emily the plan was for him to kill her mother, but that didn't happen. The white-haired man then grabs a knife and puts it to Emily's neck. We open in Japan four years ago. Emily and Aiden are engaged in a training exercise, one in which he ends up cheating to win. Takeda compliments Aiden for exploiting his opponent's weakness.
In present day Emily is up that Aiden is there, saying she doesn't need a nanny. He says he came on his own.
While looking at her home from the deck, Victoria asks Daniel whether he misses Emily. She tells Daniel about the white-haired talking to her the night of the plane crash. He tells her he'll help her take down Conrad if she splits Charlotte's inheritance with him. If she doesn't, they'll both die. Open with Daniel meeting with the Helen. She suggests that Conrad has additional secret assets he should be looking for.
Jack and Amanda talk about their wedding. Nate shows up and puts some suspicious-looking "supplies" in the back room.
Victoria is hosting a woman named Patricia Barnes and her husband, a prominent judge. She wants to get them involved in an upcoming benefit for the wrongly accused, which she thinks could help Conrad's image. Her plan is to use Emily to help get Daniel to step down as CEO.
Emily tells Aiden that she believes during her father's trial Judge Barnes helped get rid of the one juror who believed he was innocent. His clerk, James Palmer, knew this and died suspiciously a few days later. She wants to get near Barnes and bring up the possibility of judicial impropriety.
Victoria talks to Emily. She says she thinks Daniel still loves him and wants him to step in "before it's too late." She wants Emily to persuade him to be the man he was when they first met. Victoria says she'll be behind her and they shake on it.
Victoria introduces Emily to the Judge and Patricia Barnes when they arrive. He is apparently poised for a seat on the Supreme Court.
Declan asks Charlie to help distract the Ryans while he looks in the back room. He makes reference to a DEA bust, while in the back Declan sees that Nate is using bags of coffee beans to smuggle drugs. Nate goes back to check on Declan and sees that one of the beans fell onto the floor.
Aiden checks on Daniel and learn where he's having lunch. He calls Emily and they agree to meet there.
Declan tells Jack about the drugs.
At lunch Daniel asks Conrad about hidden money. At the same time we see Emily and Aiden stage an argument at a nearby table about Emily still being in love with Daniel. Aiden tells Daniel they've broken up.
Daniel asks Nolan to help him find "rogue" files hidden in the system.
Jack asks Amanda to take the baby and leave for a few days. He tells her what the Ryan brothers are doing through the bar.
Nolan tells Emily about being given access to the Grayson Global system. He also learns about the break-up being faked.
Victoria invites Daniel to a dinner with Judge Barnes and tells him Emily will be there.
Nolan tells Marco what he's doing for Daniel. Marco asks him out for drinks but Nolan passes.
At the Barnes dinner Emily mentions a former professor of hers, James Palmer. Barnes makes some comments about being certain David Clarke's decision. Patricia says tells Emily her husband's decisions have never been questioned.
Emily shows Amanda research into Patricia's background. It seems that she and Palmer were friends when they were younger.
Judge Barnes tells Conrad he should get into politics.
Nolan helps get Aiden connected with Helen. She wants to meet.
The police shut down Jack's bar in the middle of a shift.
Helen admits to Aiden she's with the Initiative. She tells him that his sister is still alive.
Marco continues to try and make nice with Nolan. He turns him down again, and Marco says he'll wait. Marco gives him something from an old R & D project that could be useful against Grayson Global.
Emily corners Patricia and apologizes for making comments about David Clarke the previous evening. It appears that Patricia may have been hit. She references a letter that was written to Amanda that saved her life through the foster care process. Emily tells Patricia she has an opportunity to save lives.
Declan is about to be arrested for the drugs and gun found by police on the boat. Jack steps in and takes the blame.
Patricia makes her speech at the benefit. She references Palmer and the fact the verdict her husband rendered in the David Clarke trial came from a tainted jury. She shows the crowd that she's been abused and Barnes leaves the room.
Daniel gets a call from Helen. She admits that there never was hidden money of Conrad's to find, but following Nolan's digital footprint could prove lucrative.
Kenny apologizes to Declan for what happened.
Jack calls Amanda and tells her he's been arrested.
While Aiden is in the shower Daniel drops by unannounced. He tells her the reason he fought to be CEO was to "set things right." Daniel wants her to help him with the company's charity work. She accepts. The two kiss and both Aiden and Victoria see it happen.

Emily apologizes to Aiden for him having to see their kiss. He tells her about making contact with Helen Crowley. Emily thinks they need to draw her out.
Emily meets with Daniel in his office. He seems pretty excited about their kiss. She's there about a charity auction. While Emily is there Daniel gets a call from Crowley. She wants him to acquire a company called Stonehaven that is about to triple in revenue. Emily listens to this conversation and calls Victoria.
Amanda visits Jack in jail. She wants to get bail money from Emily or Nolan but he's resistant. They think what is happening is the Ryans way of getting payback for what happened to their father.
Conrad and Victoria meet with one his old pals, Jason Prosser. Victoria takes Conrad aside and tells him about Stonehaven. He doesn't seem interested in stopping the Initiative, but Victoria has her own plan.
Emily and Victoria meet. She asks Emily to invite Jason to the event.
The Ryans are pressuring Declan about selling them the rest of the bar.
Daniel talks to Nolan about some of the information from his company's failed projects being incomplete. Padma returns and says she misses Nolan. They plan to attend Emily's wine auction together, which seems to make Marco jealous.
Ashley pressures Conrad into re-hiring her. He seems to have an idea for how she can help.
Emily talks to Daniel about Crowley. At this moment she calls and Emily invites her to the auction. Reluctantly she agrees.
Nolan tells Marco about Daniel looking into the Karian project, which he happened to bring to Nolan's attention. Marco assures him he's trying to gain his trust, not lose it.
At the auction Daniel introduces Jason to Emily. Daniel tells Emily he thinks Victoria invited Jason to embarrass him during the auction. Nolan shows Emily and Aiden that he has control of the building via a tablet.
Jack tells Declan "It's time you knew the truth."
Amanda tells Charlie about the Ryan brothers being behind what has been happening to Declan and Jack. She thinks Charlie should get her family involved. Charlie says Conrad owes her a favor.
Jason and Daniel get in a bidding war over a bottle of wine. Daniel wins with a bid of $1 million and Jason seems upset. Crowley arrives at the auction and Aiden asks about his sister. Emily and Crowley meet. Daniel tells Crowley he's not sure about Stonehaven, but she assures him he won't regret it.
Charlie and Amanda tells Conrad what is happening. He isn't interested in helping and tells Amanda to keep her distance. Charlie is furious and Ashley tells Conrad he might be missing an opportunity. Padma arrives late to the auction, having been held up by Marco.
Charlie tells Declan he can
Amanda appears to buy a gun on the black market.
Aiden and Crowley get stuck in an elevator and gas fill the car.
Jason and Victoria speak in private. She drops hints about Stonehaven and when she leaves Jason makes a call about acquiring the company.
A masked person disguising their voice questions Aiden and Crowley about Stonehaven.
Amanda threatens the Ryans, warning them to leave her family alone. She very nearly pulls out a gun, but Ashley pulls her out. Conrad has pulled strings to get Jack a lenient bail. Ashley explains it is because he is seeking public office and wants to work on police corruption.
With Crowley blindfolded Aiden shoots his way out of the situation. Once they leave we see Nolan and Emily were pretending to be the attackers. It was a trick for Crowley's benefit.
Nolan returns to the office to find Marco still at work. Nolan again challenges him with undermining him to Daniel. He finds a ghost email sent to Daniel and tells Marco to leave. Marco denies he wrote the email but it doesn't matter.
Emily tells Aiden she's keeping up the charade with Daniel. Aiden doesn't seem to like it. Daniel and Emily drink the million-dollar bottle of wine, which has gone bad. Aiden arrives at the door. He says he's there to get his things. Daniel leaves soon after.

Prosser says all he wants is her. Victora remonds that if she does what she wants, "I'm yours." Aiden has a rifle pointed at Victoria but she closes the blinds just before he can take a shot.
With Prosser having bowed out of the process Daniel and Emily relax by the pool. Emily reminds him it's Charlie's birthday. Donna calls with word Prosser is back in the game and wants to hear final pitches that night. Daniel wants Nolan to dig up some dirt on Prosser.
Nate is upset that Kenny took Conrad's offer. He doesn't think it's what their father would have wanted.
During dinner Donna talks about her father's commitment to children. Prosser and Donna seems to be hitting it off until Daniel pulls out some unflattering business transactions from Prosser's past. Donna decides to go with Daniel.
Nolan calls Emily and sends her the video of Aiden's sister Helen showed him as proof of her still being alive. The subject line of the video was "A life for a life" and Emily knows it means Aiden is supposed to try and kill Victoria.
Prosser is furious with Victoria for embarrassing him. She tells him Daniel is in grave danger but he doesn't care. Just before Aiden can shoot Victoria Emily stops him. Emily convinces him that Helen's bigger concern is the business and seems to talk him out of it.
Daniel and Emily return home. He wants them to go away for a few days but she declines.
Nolan and Padma talk about Marco and Carrion.
Victoria asks Emily what her goal was in joining Daniel in L.A. Emily says she wanted to see him win and Victoria is angry.
Emily tells Nolan she's losing Victoria's confidence. Nolan tells her about Carrion and how powerful it is. He is aware Padma is up to something. They figure out Carrion might be the Initiative's final goal. She advises him to play Padma "like she's playing you."
Charlie tells her family she's changed her name legally to Charlotte Clarke.
Emily tells Daniel that Victoria asked her to rekindle their relationship. Daniel says he had a feeling that might be what was happening.
The charges have been dropped on Jack, but Declan's not thrilled about being business partners with Conrad.
Nate tells Conrad that if he owns Jack's bar he can use it to muscle some of the other owners to sell and pave the way for the area to be developed. It would mean new jobs and a nice boost for Conrad's political career. Conrad wants to discuss the possibilities.
Nolan uses a security camera to help confirm Padma was after Carron. He lets her get her hands on the program.
Aiden has been sent video that appears to show his sister has been killed. He's furious that listening to Emily might have cost her life.

Conrad, Ashley and Nate talk about their business relationship. Nate seems concerned he might be pushed aside.
Emily is upset with Amanda for going to Conrad for financial help with the bar. She gives Amanda money to pay him back.
Jack asks Declan if he and Charlie can watch the baby for a few days so they can get away.
Victoria and Daniel aren't getting along.
Aiden is waiting for Nolan is his office. He wants him to pull up the video of his sister's death and asks for more information. The video is actually six years old. Nolan also finds out the video of his sister came from an apartment in Jersey City.
Nolan tells Emily what he found out about Nolan's sister. She wants him to hack into the Jersey police system and look into Jane Does.
Victoria overhears Daniel on the phone with Helen talking about investing in volatile, emerging nations. Victoria flashes back to a conversation with David Clarke where he tells her he's being set up. She tells him there is nothing she can do to help and hangs up on him.
Jack tells Amanda about his plan for them to take a vacation on their own for a few days. She gives him the check from Emily that is to be used to buy back the bar. Jack doesn't like it but she talks him into letting Emily help them get rid of the Graysons.
Victoria tells Conrad about the conversation she overheard between Daniel and Helen. They realize that he will culpable in whatever the Initiative is planning.
Emily runs into Aiden as he investigates the location of the video. He is wondering if perhaps the entire video was staged and his sister might still be alive. Nolan calls Emily with "bad news."
Jack brings Conrad the money to buy back the bar. Conrad tells him that the deal has changed and shows him plans for the new waterfront development. Jack threatens to battle him every step of the way and Conrad essentially tells him to 'bring it on.'
Emily and Aiden wait at the coroner's office for a possible match to his sister. Daniel calls and she puts him on speaker phone. He tells her he appreciated her honesty the other night.
Jack tells Declan about Conrad. Jack doesn't think they can defeat Conrad and isn't sure it's even worth the fight. He wants to keep the information from Amanda until after the wedding, but she is listening from another room.
Aiden opens the file. It's her.
Nolan meets with Padma and says he can't figure out why she's doing what she's doing. He asks about her father, with whom she's suddenly stopped speaking. She tells him everything is fine, but hands him a piece of paper that says "not here."
Amanda goes to Emily's house and gets into the secret computer on which she's been storing video. She brings one of them related to Victoria and David Clarke to Conrad and tells him if he doesn't sell his share of the bar to Jack she'll make it public. After she leaves Conrad calls Nate and tells him their plan has hit a "snag."
Aiden and Emily talk about their respective losses. She thinks they can still "do this together," but he walks away.
Conrad signs the bar back over to Jack and leaves.
Padma tells Noland she's been told her father's safety depended upon her getting close to him and getting a code for Carrion. She assures him that her feelings for him are real.
Victoria tells Daniel that Helen represents the Initiative and that if he works with her he'll be in danger. He tells her to play along for the moment. Helen, of course, is watching this conversation via a hidden camera.
Nolan officiates Jack and Amanda's wedding. As the ceremony begins Emily flashes back to a pretend childhood wedding she had with Jack when they were kids. Emily hand them the pipe cleaner toy ring they used all those years ago. This confirms for Jack that they were meant to be together. During the ceremony Emily spots Aiden nearby. They are married without incident.
Nate is furious with Conrad that he's backing away. Conrad hints that the leverage being used against him is coming from Jack's family. Nate suggests he remove them from the equation.
Emily returns a call she missed from Daniel. Daniel says it might not be the right time for them to rekindle things between them.
Jack and Amanda leave on the boat for their honeymoon.
Helen pays Victoria a visit. She tells Victoria to hand over whatever evidence she claims to have. If not, she'll never see Daniel again. Victoria tells her the evidence is in the pool house. Helen open Victoria's safe and while she's turned around Victoria points a gun at her. Victoria shoots her in the chest. She calls Daniel and has him pretend to be talking to Helen, apologize their meeting had to be rescheduled and then meet Victoria at the pool house.
Daniel sees Helen. Victoria tells him she had been threatening to kill him.
Jack and Amanda seem to be having a great time.
Declan wants to call Jack to ask about pacifiers.
Conrad shows up to tell Victoria and Daniel about Amanda and sees Helen's body.
Aiden tells Emily his sister deserves better. He promises her she'll never been alone in this process.
Declan calls Jack and we see Nate cut the radio. He is on the boat.

Open with a diver exploring the Amanda, which appears to be at the bottom of the ocean. The diver spots various personal items, as well as a dead person's hand. We cut back and forth to Jack and Amanda in bed, seemingly having a wonderful honeymoon.
Victoria tells Conrad and Daniel she has a plan for handling the Helen situation. She gets into Helen's car wearing glasses and covering part of her face with a scarf.
The next morning Victoria tells Daniel they will be acting as if nothing is unusual. Daniel is upset, but his parents blame Amanda and her threats for what has happened. Victoria says they will be using Helen's video feed in Daniel's office to their advantage.
Conrad tells Ashley he'll be announcing his gubernatorial candidacy that night. She doesn't like it.
During a conference call with Emily and Nolan, Aiden suggests they use Padma to help get back at the Initiative. Nolan doesn't like it, but Aiden points out they could be able to save Padma's father in the process.
Ashley drops by Emily's place and tells her about Amanda blackmailing Conrad. Ashley thinks Amanda is making a mistake by starting a war against the Graysons. After Ashley leaves Emily goes right for her secret compartment and realizes what Amanda has done.
We see Jack and Amanda wake up on the boat. Amanda goes downstairs to make breakfast and finds herself staring at Nate's gun. Jack wants to talk and Nate tells them his hand has been forced. They want Nate to get somebody on the phone. The plan is to get closer to shore so Nate can get a cell signal.
Emily drops by Jack's place and finds Charlie working on a slide show of the wedding. When Charlie walks away Emily spots Nate hiding in the boat in one of the shots before the couple is leaving for their honeymoon.
Emily tells Nolan about Nate being on the boat and Amanda stealing her computer. He tells her that Nate is bad news. Nolan determines approximately where Jack's boat is located. Emily says they need to find a way to get out there.
Victoria and Daniel stage a conversation in his office where they argue about Helen as if she's still alive.
Padma drops by Jack's bar. Aiden hands her a phone and she learns that Nolan and Emily are on a boat. He tells her she's in good hands with Aiden.
Nate calls Conrad. Conrad tells him if he gets his hands on Amanda's laptop their deal would be back on. Nate hangs up and threatens to shoot Jack if Amanda doesn't give him what he wants. Amanda tells him it's in her backpack. She pulls out a gun and starts pulling the trigger. But Nate has already removed the bullets. Amanda then tells Nate she's in the Hamptons to get payback for what the Graysons did to her father. She tells Nate the computer is in Montauk. During this conversation Jack is down below and finds Declan's laptop.
At this moment Nolan sees that Declan's laptop just came back on line and he's able to hack the webcam. He and Emily see that for the moment Jack is okay. They see the boat's location and head for the signal.
Victoria invites Charlie to the house for their Labor Day party. Charlie initially passes, but Victoria eventually talks her into it. Victoria walks in another room and plants something underneath a bed.
Aiden tells Padma he can get her out of this situation, but first they need to make sure her father is still alive. That consists of calling Helen.
Jack asks Amanda if she's been using him the entire time. He then tells Nate that he saw her bring a laptop on board the night before. Nate goes down below and starts looking. During this time Jack and Amanda start preparing an inflatable raft. Amanda manages to trap him down below after he opens Declan's computer. While Nolan and Emily watch Nate tries to shoot his way out, hitting Jack in the process. Amanda sends Jack off on the boat and fights Nate, allowing Jack to float away.
Amanda wakes up down below. Nate is up top trying to steer the boat. Emily and Nolan are still trying to track them from their boat. Amanda opens up a valve at the bottom and water begins to pour in.
A man named Trask introduces himself to Victoria and Conrad and asks them what happened to Helen. The last place she was seen was their home. Conrad brings up Amanda's name as a possible reason for her disappearance. Victoria tells Trask she informed Helen of the threat and kicked her out her home. Trask leaves.
Emily and Nolan find Jack's boat. He doesn't appear to be moving. They pull Jack on board. He's still alive, but needs to be taken to the hospital. Emily tells Nolan to take him and gets on Jack's raft.
Nate notices the "high water" meter going off and goes below to investigate.
Trask searches Jack and Amanda's place and finds the garment Victoria plants. He gets a message from Padma asking for proof of life. He calls somebody and tells them Helen has been "compromised," adding "I'm going to need to arrange delivery."
Amanda is able to knock Nate over the head just as Emily arrives to help. Emily fights with Nate and Amanda shoots him in the back. A gas line has been hit and the girls are about to leave the boat when Amanda wants to go back for a necklace. Nate strikes his lighter and the boat explodes. Both women appear to survive the explosion.
Padma gets a call from Trask. She says she won't do anything else until she has proof her father is alive. He tells them to check a package that has just arrived, advising her to check the fingerprint. Aiden opens the box and gasps.
Ashley introduces Conrad and his family to the party. He announces that he is running for governor.
Emily holds onto an injured Amanda. She tells Emily to promise she'll take care of her husband and baby just as Emily realizes how badly she's injured. Amanda thanks Emily for giving her a real family and we flashback to Emily giving Amand the necklace in juve and promising she'd return. In present day the women exchange "I love you"s and Amanda dies.
Conrad, Victoria and Daniel discuss the future. Conrad asks about Amanda and Victoria says "the poor girl chose the wrong enemy."
We see Jack in surgery and Nolan returning to look for Emily. Emily fires a signal flare as the episode comes to a close.

Open with Nolan trying to talk Emily off the ledge. She's convinced the Graysons are responsible for Amanda's death and grabs her gun. While changing out of her bloody clothes she finds the necklace and flashes back to Amanda's dying words.
Conrad is frustrated he can't get Nate on the phone. Daniel says that no news means nothing has changed. Charlie rushes downstairs with Declan with word that Jack's been shot. Daniel tells them he's "shutting these barbarians down." Trask calls and Conrad tells him he wants a face-to-face. Victoria asks Conrad about Nate.
Noland tells Aiden he's concerned Emily is out of control. Emily walks downstairs and tells them Jack's out of surgery. Aiden wonders if perhaps Helen has been taken out of commission.
Emily arrives at the hospital with Nolan. Jack appears to have gotten lucky. Nate's body been found, but there is no sign of Amanda. Ellen is convinced the Graysons are behind everything that's happened and promises Nolan she's going to make them pay.
Conrad and Victoria meet with Trask. Conrad blame Nate for what happened. Trask wonders if the computer will be salvaged and thinks it seems the Graysons' problems have resolved themselves at little too neatly. They realize the only person alive who can refute their version of things is Jack.
Trask call Daniel at work. He's sent him a purchase request for their account. Aiden pays Daniel a visit and wonders if he can take Conrad's seat on the Board of Directors.
At Jack's place Trask introduces himself to Emily as a police officer of some kind. He asks about Amanda. Trask gets a call that the Coast Guard has identified the another victim and Amanda's sister is on her way to ID the body.
Ashley asks Conrad if he killed Amanda. He points out that she had a hand in much of what happened with the Ryans.
Nolan tells Padma he's not going to hand over his program until they have proof her father is alive. He plans to look into Helen's phone records.
Nolan tells Emily he's now convinced the Graysons killed Helen and were framing Amanda to deflect the Initiative's attention.
Emily finds Victoria in the coroner's department waiting area. Charlie went in to ID the body herself. An emotional Charlie comes out and throws herself into Victoria's arms.
Daniel drops by Nolan's office unannounced. He reminds him that he never got the R&D report on Carrion and threatens him with lawsuits if it turns out the program wasn't destroyed.
Charlie talks to Victoria about seeing Amanda's body. She can't find anyone to invite to her service, having been stonewalled by the juvenile records. After Victoria leaves Charlie starts doing some online research. She finds Amanda's name related to a fire and starts searching the names of the people who were in the home with her.
Emily still can't find Amanda's computer. It hasn't pinged Nolan, which makes him think the Graysons don't have it either. He tells her about Daniel's threat. Emily's upset that Victoria's using Amanda's death closer to Charlie.
Jack has woken up. Emily and Declan rush to his side and he asks about Amanda. They tell him that Amanda is dead. Conrad arrives at this moment and Jack says he wants to speak with him "alone." Conrad has offered to pay Jack's hospital bill. Conrad apologizes for not realizing that Nate was using him. Jack says he doesn't know how he can ever repay Conrad. Jack wants to get out of bed and finish what Amanda started with regards to the Graysons framing her father. He tells Emily and Nolan he doesn't know where the computer is located.
Daniel has realized that Grayson Global profited from the crash of David Clarke's plane. He tells her about interacting with Trask and Aiden. She thinks Daniel should give Aiden the Initiative's accounts to see how he handles them.
Jack has relocated to his home. They still can't find Amanda's computer. He asks Emily to give Amanda's eulogy. He's upset that Amanda didn't tell him the truth about everything but she convinces him her love was real. After she leaves Jack finds a key.
Emily checks in on Charlie, who is still upset there won't be more people at the funeral. After Emily leaves Charlie gets an IM from an Eli James, who wonders if she's still looking for Amanda Clarke's foster brother. He writes "you've found him."
Jack opens a locker down at the marina. Inside he finds a duffle bag.
Conrad holds a press conference near Jack's bar. With Conrad speaking in the background Jack opens the bag and finds a computer.
Nolan tells Emily that someone at Jack's bar has turned on the computer. Jack joins Conrad at the podium, smiling and shaking his hand.
Jack has figured out that Emily and Amanda were actually as close as sisters. He's upset she kept so much from him.
Nolan tells Padma he spent all night working on Carrion. The fingerprint matched her father's immigration file and hands her a flash drive and reminds her that the Initiative has a record of not keeping promises.
Emily delivers the eulogy. During the service we see Aiden break into an office. After the service Jack thanks Conrad for being there and asks him if they can meet to find a way to remember Amanda. Emily tells Nolan she's thinking about telling Jack the truth. Nolan thinks she should wait. Jack asks Nolan to help him with some "computer problems." Conrad assures Trask over the phone that "the boy knows nothing." Victoria tells Emily it's a blessing David didn't leave to see his daughter die.
Jack comes home to find his apartment has been ransacked. He tells Nolan "Grayson."
But we see that it was Aiden who broke in and got the computer. He gives it to Emily, who promptly throws it into the ocean. She thinks it was clouding her judgment.
Daniel asks his assistant to take the clock with the Initiative camera to the shop.
Emily meets Eli at the gravesite.

Open with Emily and Aiden at a remote location. She tells him about running into her foster brother Eli, whom she hasn't seen in 14 years. She talks about burning down their house as a girl. Eli protected her from their nasty foster mother.
The Graysons are setting up a foundation in Amanda's honor. They tells Daniel they still aren't sure about Aiden. Daniel doesn't like his parents' plan of ruining yet another life.
Jack is setting up a life insurance policy for himself. Jack is trying to figure out what happened that night. Declan tells Jack Nolan told him about being checked into the hotel in Nantucket. Victoria calls Jack and tells him about the charity, the goal being to help children. They are going to call it the Amanda Clark Foundation.
Emily offers Victoria her services as co-chair for the foundation, along with donating $250,000. Victoria says she'll think about it. Eli arrives at the Grayson home and speaks with both Victoria and Emily. He notices a tattoo on Emily's wrist. Victoria invites him to the inaugural benefit for Amanda. Eli says he'll be staying for a while.
Emily tells Nolan she doesn't buy Eli's story of being in London the previous week as a rare books dealer. She calls him a wildcard and Nolan says he'll look into him.
Daniel is feeling guilty about Amanda. He reminds Conrad that he created a fund just about the plane crash. Conrad reminds him that they do what they do for the family, not just themselves. Aiden walks into the office and Conrad offers his blessing for Aiden being appointed to the board.
Emily stops by Jack's bar and finds Eli sitting there having a drink. She asks Jack for another chance and he asks what Amanda thought of her father when they were in juve together. Eli just told him Amanda hated her father and doesn't understand why she would risk everything to clear his name. Jack walks away and Eli reveals that he knows based on Emily's tattoo that she's really Amanda.
Emily and Eli leave the bar and talk. He says he spent years trying to find her and asks what's going on. She tells him about trading her name. She tells him she can't have him staying there and he reminds her about protecting her when they were kids. He admits the Columbia degree and job in rare books is a lie to trick the Graysons, and says he has warrants in three states. Emily says she has a way to wipe his record clean, provided he leaves.
Aiden breaks up a fight between a drunk Daniel and some jerk in the bar. Daniel doesn't think he needs any help. Conrad happens to be in the corner watching the whole thing.
Jack finds out that somebody who looked like Nolan chartered a boat the night Amanda was killed. When he returned to the dock he was covered in blood and paid cash in order to buy the boat outright.
The night of the fundraiser Victoria hints to Emily that she may have found another candidate for the foundation. Nolan shows Eli that his record has been wiped clean and Emily gives him $100,000 to start a new life.
Declan seems a little jealous of Eli, who has been spending quite a bit of time with Charlie.
Emily tells Ashley that Eli and Amanda weren't as close as he's claiming. She says the Graysons shouldn't be comfortable being under the same roof.
Ashley tells Victoria there is reason to suspect Eli's motives. When Victoria learns Emily was the source of the information she thinks it's another reason to welcome him with open arms.
Aiden tells Daniel he knows someone he should talk to. He thinks Emily would be a perfect person to help guide him through this.
Daniel is furious with Conrad that he named Aiden treasurer of the Amanda Clarke Foundation. Conrad tells him the foundation will be a front and the goal is to frame Aiden for stealing their money.
While Eli speaks with Charlie and Victoria, Emily walks over and brings up the fire Amanda/she set all those years ago. This starts a discussion of how hard Eli and Amanda's lives were. Eli gives Victoria a check for $100,00, saying he'd like to donate it to the charity.
Jack walks in and grabs the microphone. He thanks the Graysons for "giving me hope that something good will come from all this." On his way out Jack confronts Nolan about lying to him about saving his life. He's furious Nolan and Emily haven't been honest with him. Victoria announces she's making Eli co-chair of the foundation.
Eli tells Emily that he changes his mind once he heard that she ratted him out to Ashley. He knows there's more to the story and is curious. Daniel grabs Emily for a conversation.
Nolan follows Jack to his place. He gives him the title to the boat, which is in the name of Kenny Ryan. Nolan wants him to leave the Ryans alone and focus on his family.
Daniel tells Emily about his parents' plot with the foundation.
The Conrads have raised $5 million for the foundation. Daniel stops by and tells his parents Aiden should be confirmed. He leaves and his parents talk about Daniel speaking with Emily.
Emily tells Nolan about how the Grayson are planning to use the foundation. She thinks they can use this information to bankrupt the family.
The next morning Emily tells Aiden about the plan with the foundation. She's still trying to figure out what to do with Eli.
Daniel introduces Aiden as the replacement for Conrad's seat.
Nolan tries to use Carrion to access the Grayson's accounts. It's not working and he tells Emily this reminds him of something. We flash to him telling David Clarke the Gryasons were using a notorious hacker named The Falcon to frame him. David told him not to worry about him and focus on his daughter. He gives Nolan a box with "her future." In present day Nolan tells Emily the person protecting the Graysons' bank account is the one who destroyed her father. "Let's go hunting," Emily says.

Open with a flashback to Emily in the foster home with Eli. As kids they made a promise to "stay together, no matter what."
Emily tells Aiden that Eli has been in touch with Ms. Hayward, their criminal foster mother. Emily calls Daniel looking for a meeting.
Conrad and Victoria talk about Daniel being too trusting of women, specifically concerned about Emily. Conrad's poling numbers are not impressive. Eli tells Victoria that Emily is going to contribute to the foundation. He then says he think the foundation should contribute to Mrs. Hayward's home. Emily offers to join Eli when he pitches the idea to Hayward.
Padma has received word her father isn't dead. She is sent a video of him telling her of a meeting location. Nolan wants to make adjustments to the Carrion flash drive before the meeting and tells her "we're going to need some reinforcements."
Eli tells Emily that Hayward kept a bunch of David's letters. He says his goal is to get the Graysons back and punish Hayward.
Nolan doesn't think David wrote anything that would have changed anything. He's not thrilled she's leaving town with the Padma thing coming up. Nolan shows Aiden that he's made a flash drive with a tracking device. Aiden wants to shoot people at the meet, but Nolan doesn't like that plan. He thinks the only way to save her is to send her into hiding after the meet.
Jack and Declan talk about trying to find Kenny. Jack is getting frustrated. Emily shows up and Jack tells her Conrad stole the computer, his only leverage. Emily tells him Amanda wouldn't have wanted him to fight this battle for her.
At school Declan tells Charlie about Jack struggling. She wants to announce the partnership between the foundation and Amanda's foster mother at the Stowaway. Declan managers to snag Trey's cell phone and find a number for Kenny.
Nolan tells Padma about her and her father being given new identities and moving to a secret location. He tells her it's the only way to ensure the Initiative never finds them, but she hates the idea of never seen him again. He assures her their story won't end like this.
Emily and Eli arrive at Hayward's. She tells them Amanda "was very special to me." She needs money or she'll lose her home. Emily asks about personal items related to Amanda, but Hayward says it was all lost in the fire. We see Eli and Haywood talk about taking the Graysons for as much money as possible and there appears to be a split of the money.
Emily goes downstairs and finds a hidden coal bin. It's where Hayward would send her as punishment.
Hayward visits the Grayson's home. She tells Victoria she's forgiven Amanda for the fire. Victoria tells Hayward that she plans to settle her mortgage, then donate $250,000 annually to keep the home open.
Declan has been texting Kenny from Trey's cell phone and arranged a meeting in a half hour. Conrad and Ashley show up for the press conference and ask Jack to help with the campaign. He says he'll think about it.
Daniel and Emily have lunch. He tells her that Aiden has been chosen to take the fall. He says he'll make sure she's safe. Emily steps away from the table to take a call from Aiden. The drop with Padma's father has been moved up and Emily won't be able to make it.
A vehicle arrives for the meet with Padma. Aiden and Nolan watch from a nearby rooftop. Trask gets out of the car and asks for the hard drive. Once it is authenticated she is thrown into the car and they drive off. Aiden is unable to take a shot.
Padma is taken to a remote location where she is placed in front of a camera.
Jack arrives to meet a shocked Kenny. He assures Jack that he doesn't own a boat and never rescued him. Kenny thinks Grayson is covering his tracks and his brother was working solo. Kenny admits there is one thing he never told the police. Nate taped all his meeting with Conrad and Kenny has the recordings.
Eli takes to the podium at the press conference for Hayward. He says the three years he lived there were the worst of his life and admits that Hayward pocketed the money while withholding food from the children and locking them in the coal bin. Eli then introduces several other foster children who lived with Hayward, all there to tell their story. Hayward challenges him to admit that he let Amanda take the fall for a fire he committed.
After the press conference Victoria tells Eli he is no longer welcome in the foundation. Emily then walks up and asks if it's true that he sets the fire. He says it's true, the fire she lit went out and he re-started it. He is trying to make it up to her now.
Nolan gets a text referring to Padma, saying it's a terrible thing to "lose one's head." The tracking device has been left behind. The Initiative is now in possession of a dangerous program and has both Padma and her father. Nolan is furious with Nolan.
Jack and Declan listen to the conversations between Nate and Conrad. Jack wants to find some proof that money changes hands between Amanda and Conrad.
Eli pays Hayward a visit.
Emily tries to pump Nolan up, telling him he's the only person who can help Padma. She offers her word that she'll help save Padma when he finds her. Emily get a call from Eli, who has locked Hayward in the coal bin and is trying to get David's letters back.
Eli stops by Emily's place with a written confession from Hayward. She sold the letter to someone years ago. Eli seems to be leaving town.
Jack stops by to see Conrad. Jack accepts the offer to help on the campaign trail.
While trying to find Padma, Nolan finds evidence Falcon is working for the Initiative.
Daniel is handed an envelope. It is a picture of him having dinner with Emily. Also inside are two bullets. We see what looks like evidence that Victoria sent her son the threat.
Emily drops by to see Treadwell in prison. He was the one who purchased the letters from Hayward, but says the letters burned down in his home. She wants to know what was in them, and reminds them how much power she holds over his freedom. Treadwell tells her that Victoria has another son.

Open with Nolan speaking on the phone with a Detective Durant about Padma. We're six weeks removed from her disappearance and Nolan is constantly badgering him for information. Noland hangs up and Emily walks in. She's worried that he's been obsessing over Padma, who he's convinced is still alive. Emily tells Nolan she has a good idea for how to find Padma.
Victoria wants to set Daniel up with a woman named Sloan for her upcoming masquerade ball. Ashley shows Victoria an RSVP postmarked 1973 from "your loving son." Victoria flashes back to being pregnant as a teenager.
Aiden tells Emily they need to draw out Trask. His idea involves intentionally mismanaging Trask's account with Daniel's company.
Conrad prepares for his Town Hall meeting with help from Jack. Ashley mentions the strange RSVP to Conrad, connecting it to the year his opponent won his first seat.
Daniel is upset with Aiden over the risk he took with Trask's account. They turn and see Trask has arrived at the office. Aiden calls Emily and tells her their plan worked.
Nolan drops by to see Jack. He tells Nolan he's planning to use the Town Hall meeting to "trip up" Conrad and wants help using the audio he has of Conrad talking about Amanda's murder to Nate Ryan.
Emily asks Victoria if she can attend the ball. Victoria says that Daniel has moved on and she should do the same. She does not invite Emily.
Trask tells Daniel his move will have repercussions. Daniel makes a threat and Trask says his organization has evolved and is liquidating its assets in Grayson Global. Daniel "takes the win" and Trask leaves. Daniel calls Emily, saying he's avoided her for six weeks to protect her. He invites her to the ball as his date.
While Victoria is with Charlotte someone 11 black roses arrive. The card is from her "loving son" and informs her he'll be wearing the 12th.
Trask gets in his car and finds an armed Aiden in the back seat.
Conrad's Town Hall begins and seems to be going very well for him. Jack is helping him with info through an earpiece. A person asks him a question about Amanda and David Clarke. At this moment Nolan plays the clip of Conrad talking to Nate in the earpiece. Conrad says he will re-open David Clarke's case and would seek a presidential pardon if it is determined impropriety took place. One of Conrad's handlers quickly shuts down the line of discussion.
Conrad spots the RSVP and roses and demands Victoria tell him what's going on. She tells him she terminated a pregnancy after being knocked up by one of her mother's boyfriends.
Trask takes Aiden to Padma's body. Trask tells him the police are on their way, but that doesn't stop Aiden from breaking his neck. Aiden hears sirens.
Victoria and Conrad open the masquerade ball and everyone puts on their masks. She spots a man in a white tuxedo wearing a black rose. Emily walks by and tells her she's there as Daniel's date. Emily thanks Nolan for his help. Emily sees Jack and she asks how he's doing. Daniel walks by and thanks Jack for his help with Conrad's campaign.
Conrad is upset with Ashley because he's been fielding calls from worried donors about the Town Hall meeting. He tells her she'll be fired once he wins the election.
Sloan tells Victoria she's upset Daniel is back with Emily and shows her a picture of the couple made it to Page Six. Victoria approaches Daniel, angry about the news coverage. He calls her two-faced and leaves.
Nolan finds out about Padma and is beside himself. He tells Emily he loved her and thinks they are all to blame. He tells her he'll be okay and leaves the ball.
Charlotte punches a guest after she said unflattering things about Amanda. Declan tells her she has to find some way to let that kind of stuff go.
Aiden asks Emily if she's "ready for this." He tells her about the Page Six mention.
Daniel tells Emily he's going to keep a close eye on Aiden until he figures out what he's doing.
Jack and Victoria have an awkward interchange that leads to him referencing his child growing up without a mother. This leads to Victoria flashing back to her abortion decision. She follows the man with the black flower out of the ball. Victoria loses track of him, then collapses. Emily look on and smiles.
Conrad works from home the day after the ball. His poll numbers took a hit and he wants an explanation for how she ended up unconscious on the ballroom floor. He thinks she might have lied about terminating the pregnancy and wants proof.
Aiden is disgusted with Emily over the Daniel situation. She tells him about Daniel looking into his past. They need to get to the Falcon before Daniel does.
Jack admits to Ashley that he was responsible for what happened with the tape at the Town Hall meeting. He wants her help.
Nolan loses it in his office, clearing the desk of its contents. Durant walks in behind him and tells him Padma was killed the day before. Based on the obsessive notes covering his office walls, Durant wants to know where he was that day.
Victoria stops by a church. We see in another flashback that she gave her baby to the church. Vows were made that the boy would never know his real family and she will never know where he ends up. In present day the nun tells Victoria she kept her promise. After Victoria leaves Emily sits next to the nun and tells her she's pregnant "and I've nowhere else to go."

Open with a look at Emily and Daniel talking about their relationship. He doesn't think they should hide things any longer.
Victoria shows Conrad proof that she terminated her pregnancy. He sys he's only doing it to get ahead of the press, but Victoria isn't so sure. He wants her to talk about it during an interview scheduled for that night, but she doesn't want to participate.
Ashley shows Jack a copy of Conrad's official schedule. She thinks he might be planning a secret meeting.
Nolan is released from police custody after being questioned for a full day. Emily wants to help him by taking down the Falcon. She thinks Victoria is the key to finding him. Nolan seems scared of going after the Falcon but lets Emily talk him into it.
Emily and Aiden watch an old Conrad and Victoria interview where they discuss David Clarke. Nolan thinks the Falcon's weakness is his ego. Their plan is to get Victoria to seek the Falcon out, perhaps related to a perception he did sloppy work for her in covering up her pregnancy.
Victoria flashes back to pretending to be her baby's au pair and meeting a dean of the local college.
After receiving an anonymous email calling her hospital records a forgery Victoria calls the Falcon asking for the source of the leak.
Emily pays Jack a visit. He doesn't want her checking up him anymore and leaves. Emily is surprised to see Ashley helping watch his baby.
Charlie and Declan talk about college applications. The girl she hit in the face, Regina, asks her about her suicide attempts in the context of wondering about her brother who killed himself.
Nolan and Emily spot the Falcon accessing Victoria's records. This leads to them setting up a meeting at an arcade in Brooklyn.
Daniel meets with Takeda and says he's concerned about Aiden being too reckless. Daniel wants to look at his personnel files for Aiden. At this point Aiden walks in and Takeda says they need to speak.
Charlie and Regina have coffee. She wants Charlie to blow off helping Declan with his college essay to go out with her and be a "bad girl."
Nolan meets with the Falcon, who turns out to be a woman. He says he wants her to wipe clearn a drive with information about him. She knows everything about Nolan and declines the offer. Nolan suggests they play a video game for it.
Jack spies on a meeting between Conrad and a woman Ashley tells him is the governor's wife, Allison Stoddard.
Nolan beats Falcon in the game. On her way out Emily takes several pictures of the woman.
Conrad begs Victoria to participate in the interview.
Takeda thinks Aiden's feelings for Emily have clouded his judgment and endangered the mission. Aiden tells him he no longer thinks revenge is the answer and wants to end things as soon as possible with no more casualties.
Ashley and Jack investigate Allison. They're not sure what is going on, but she tells him she knows when Conrad is lying.
The Falcon assures Victoria she's fine, that nobody can connect her to her child.
Victoria again flashes back to meeting with the Dean after getting a scholarship to a school in Paris. It will mean leaving her son.
Emily goes to the Grayson home for the interview.
Aiden watches Daniel and Emily during their live interview. Emily is asked about a potential wedding down the road and she says she couldn't imagine "an honor greater than joining the Grayson family." Jack looks disgusted.
Emily calls Jack while he drives home. She apologizes for him having to watch her interview and says it wasn't what he thinks. He responds that he doesn't want anyone associated with the Grayson around his son and hangs up. Emily gets a text from Nolan that "They're yours."
Declan has been stood up by Charlie, who forget to cancel. He calls her and she makes up an excuse about being hidden away during the interview and basically hangs up on him before going into a club. Charlie and Regina are photographed as they walk inside.
The interviewer asks Conrad and Victoria about Victoria's past pregnancy. He tells her that Victoria had an abortion in 1973, to which the interviewer asks specifically about her abandoning a six month-old to attend college in France. Victoria says "the story is true" and walks away.
Nolan was able to gain access to Falcon's computer via the drive he gave her. This was how the evidence was sent to the Conrad's interviewer. Nolan then exposed Falcon's true identity and turned her over to the FBI.
Daniel drops by Emily's place. He apologizes about the marriage question and tells her he wants them to spend the rest of their lives together. He gives her back the engagement ring and says if she's wearing it the next time he sees her he'll have her answer.
Conrad is furious with Victoria, who doesn't care about his political career in the light of recent events.
Declan is sent a photo of Charlie and Regina making out for cameras before walking into the club. Jack walks in and tells him about Emily and thinks they need to be careful who they trust going forward.
Ashley pays Conrad a visit. She shows him a picture of him with Allison and tells him to be more careful. "Welcome back," Conrad says.
Victoria visits Nolan. She tells him he can have his company back if he helps her find her son.
Emily tells Aiden about Daniel pressuring her to get engaged. Aiden reminds her the plan was to destroy the Graysons from the inside. She says when this is all over "I can be with you." He puts the ring on her finger and kisses her.

Open with Emily bringing Daniel a super-fancy dinner at his office. She also has plane tickets, asking him if he wants to go to Paris with her.
Declan tells Jack he's is upset about Charlotte and tells Jack he's taking a bus to find her.
Victoria and Conrad talk about returning Nolan's company to him if he helps find Victoria's long-lost son. Daniel drops by and tells his parents he and Emily are re-engaged. Victoria looks less-than-thrilled. Emily tells Victoria that in two weeks they're leaving for Paris and plan to live there permanently.
Daniel makes several snarky comments about Victoria's bastard children and she storms out. Daniel tells Conrad he wants his trust fund taken out of the Amanda Clarke Foundation. Conrad wants Daniel to wait until after the election before he leaves the family business. Daniel gets a call that Aiden's employment records have arrived.
Daniel brings Aiden to his office. He's furious that he's just now finding out Aiden's father is Trevor Mathis, the baggage handler suspected of placing the bomb on Flight 197. Daniel fires Aiden, who on his way out tells Daniel he's being advised by the wrong people.
Ashley tells Jack she doesn't think the picture of Conrad with the governor's wife is enough to destroy his campaign. She has another idea.
Emily and Charlotte talk about what's happening with her right now. Charlotte misses Amanda. Emily says she hopes they will be closer down the road and asks her to be her maid-of-honor. Regina drops by and Emily leaves. We see that Regina is buying her drugs.
Emily tells Victoria about Charlotte being her maid-of-honor. Jack drops by to meet with Victoria and the two of them go to an office.
Jack shows Victoria the picture of Conrad with the governor's wife. He tells her the photo has the power to derail the campaign and he wanted her to know. Victoria mentions noticing a "chill" in his friendship with Emily and tells him he is the reason Emily and Daniel broke off their engagement.
Emily tells Nolan she's worried about Jack meeting with Victoria.
Daniel catches Charlotte on her way out the door with Regina. He pulls her aside and asks if she'll be at his engagement party later. She says she can't be around Victoria anymore.
Victoria drops by to see Allison, the governor's wife. Allison tells Victoria she's been feeding Conrad information to help Conrad win. She says her husband is has a heart problem and would not survive another term.
Aiden pays Nolan a visit. Nolan says he doesn't think there is such a thing as "endgame." He doesn't think revenge is worth it and now wants to try and stop Emily's mission. He wants Nolan to drain the Amanda Clarke Foundation's funds but Nolan doesn't think it's possible.
Nolan meets with the Edith (The Falcon) in prison. He tells her he'll erase the cyber trail that got her indicted if she gives him some information. She tells him Victoria paid her son Patrick $5 million to disappear, then had Edith eliminate any trace of his existence. She doesn't know what they're planning to do with Carrion, but says she's tweaked the program so that it can't be used without her. She tells him the way to access Amanda Clarke Foundation will be "hiding in plain site," where she was "born if not made."
Conrad shows Ashley the latest attack ad the governor will be using against him. She wonders how he got it before it aired but he doesn't tell her. Jack drops by campaign headquarters and tells Ashley what Victoria said about the engagement. Ashley admits she told Daniel she saw him and Emily kissing.
Victoria toasts Daniel and Emily at the couple's engagement party. Afterwards she pulls Emily outside for a private chat.
Victoria says she doesn't think Emily is in love with Daniel. Emily makes several references to David Clarke.
Declan finds Charlotte outside a club. She apologizes, then pukes in front of tabloid camera. Police show up and place her under arrest for underage drinking.
Daniel tells Emily why he fired Aiden, and that he got the information from Takeda. Before the couple leaves for the night Conrad gives Daniel a check for his trust fund. Daniel advises him to remove Aiden from the ACF account.
Takeda tells Emily he had no choice but to turn Aiden in. He thinks she needs to do "what needs to be done." He tells her The Initiative is planning a second strike. She wants him to let her help, but he refuses.
Jack is waiting for Emily on her porch to ask if she's really going to marry Daniel. Emily advises him to be wary of Victoria and tells him that right now she can't explain what's happening. He says he's tired of the secrets and leaves. Emily updates Nolan on her conversation with Takeda and he tells her what he got from Edith. Nolan thinks he's figured out the answer to Edith's riddle.
Declan and Regina argue about Charlotte.
Nolan tells Aiden he thinks the pass code for the ACF is Edith's high score on Street Fighter.
Aiden meets with Takeda. Takeda tells him his mission is over, but Aiden disagrees. He threatens to tell Emily of Takeda's "true objective" if he doesn't let them leave. The two proceed to pull out samurai swords. Aiden ends up killing Takeda.
Charlotte tells Daniel she's pregnant.
Allison goes public with her husband's health problem. Victoria drops by Jack's bar and says she thinks they need to put their cards on the table. They both want to destroy Conrad's campaign, she says. Jack tells her about Conrad ordering Amanda's murder and plays her the tape.
Aiden helps Nolan get into the ACF's $4 billion Swiss bank account. Emily storms in and says she thinks they're not ready for this step. Before she can stop him Aiden hits the key that appears to bankrupt the Graysons.
It appears that Conrad's win is a foregone conclusion.
Emily is furious with Aiden for using his access code to steal the money, as the Graysons will know it was him.
New York experiences a complete blackout. Nolan thinks this is Carrion and Emily agrees: "It's started."

TWO MONTHS EARLIER
Emily and Daniel relaxing by the pool and talking about setting a date for their wedding. They haven't hear from Victoria in six months.
Cut to Victoria riding horses with a young man she's been staying with during this time. She tells him he's going to have to leave when Conrad returns. Charlie arrives and they talk about difficult the past few months have been for her losing Declan and the baby. Charlie graduated earlier and had been in Europe.
We see Nolan being released from prison. Emily is waiting for him. He's out because a failsafe he built into Carrion was finally able to exonerate him while exposing the remaining Initiative members. Emily fills Nolan in on what has been happening and he promises to remain by her side until they bring down everyone who took out her father. She has a "long summer of fun" planned and hopes the following day's Memorial Day celebration will be the last one ever for the Graysons.
Daniel goes to see his now-governor father. He has a job offer for Daniel with a private business but he's not thrilled. Conrad feels he's a presidential candidate in the making and wants more security at Emily's party.
Emily runs into Ashley outside the Stowaway, which is now closed. Ashley's no longer with Conrad and threatens to expose her to the Graysons if Emily doesn't help her.
Daniel runs into an old female friend named Margot. She'll be at the party the following night at Emily's party.
Charlie stops by Emily's place and gives her an update on Victoria, mentioning the "boy toy" her mother's been shacking up with.
Emily goes to see Victoria. She says she hasn't yet received an RSVP from Victoria. Emily says Ashley told her of Victoria's affair. Victoria denies it, saying her newfound happiness is the result of being reunited with Patrick.
The next morning Emily tells Daniel about seeing his mother. She wants them to relax and enjoy the party and he tells her about Conrad wanting to increase security.
Charlie goes to see Conrad. She tells him how proud she is of him. Victoria arrives and catches up with Conrad and her daughter. She's still not willing to help him politically on a full-time basis. His response is to say he's putting Grayson mansion on the market.
Emily asks Nolan to hack one of the X-ray machines at her party. He says he done with that kind of stuff for awhile, but tells her "there might be a way." He gets a text that Jack is back.
Charlie waits in the hotel room of the man her mother's been with for the past six months. He tells her that he's Patrick, her brother. Victoria hasn't been having an affair. Charlie warns him about Victoria and leaves quickly.
Emily goes to the Stowaway to see Jack. He's been "introducing my son to his extended family." She apologizes for lying to him about her true identity. Jack says he understands the love a child has for his father and gets why she did what she did. They kiss and he says he'll keep her secret.
Patrick asks Victoria to stop by and see him. She sees that his bags are packed. He's returning to the city and Victoria asks if he's punishing her. He says "it's time" and promises to be in touch.
Margot finds Daniel at the party. Emily asks Conrad to say a few words after her remarks. Emily introduces Ashley to a doctor named Velez. Daniel introduces Margot to Emily. Everybody looks up and sees Nolan parachute into the middle of the party. Conrad is upset and Emily hands him a bottle of water. After Emily officially unveils a new portrait of Conrad, the governor takes the podium. He struggles to speak and collapses to the ground.
At the hospital Velez tells Conrad that he has Huntington's disease. It's a fatal, progressive neurological condition. The doctor suggests he avoid stress, but Conrad says his father worked until retirement with the same condition.
Daniel tells the press only that his father had "severe dehydration." Margot arrives at the hospital and references Huntington's. Somebody has leaked a report citing a source close to the family.
Victoria tells Emily everything good is being torn away from her. Daniel arrives and reveals that the diagnosis is public. Emily thinks this means Conrad needs to step down. Emily points out to Victoria that Ashley and Velez were chummy and wonders if Ashley sold her story to the press.
Later that evening Jack asks Emily about orchestrating everything that happened to Conrad that day. She thinks this is what the Graysons deserve. Jack wonders if any of the fallout could put him or others in danger. He tells her to leave after the summer or he'll reveal her secret.
Victoria confronts Ashley with Emily. They discuss Conrad's bombing. Records indicate that Ashley tried to lure Daniel to his death that day. They demand she get on a plane and leave. Ashley says "you're evil." Victoria responds "we're family."
Daniel researches Huntington's and is worried about his father's future. Emily says they should get married before the end of the summer for Conrad's sake. She suggests August 8, a date she's always imagined would be wonderful.
Charlie tells Victoria she's moving out, "because you're obviously happier with your other children." After she leaves Victoria gets a text from Daniel with the wedding date. Conrad walks in and says the house will no longer be on the market.
Emily and Conrad share some wine on the beach. We see that Nolan brought with him the drug that Emily placed in Conrad's water. We also see that Emily downloaded the diagnosis from Velez' computer. Emily's plan is the use her wedding to take down Victoria.
Victoria finds Aiden on her balcony. He says he wants what she wants, "to destroy the girl next door."

Open with Emily in the hospital with Conrad and Paul as they are first treated.
Patrick finds Victoria weeping over one of the first major paintings she ever purchased. She's depressed at the direction of her life and he tries to pump her up. He says she should sell her collection and the two of them should leave the Hamptons together. Victoria can't leave Daniel and Charlie.
Charlie shows Jack the wedding invites she's working on for Emily and Daniel. Charlie isn't happy with Emily. Jack says he needs a break from Emily and isn't planning on going to the wedding.
Emily looks on as Paul dies. Patrick shows up and Emily gives him an update.
Victoria and Daniel arrive at Conrad's bedside. Charlie isn't answering her phone. Victoria is furious about Conrad being on his way to confess. The doctors told Conrad not to drive in his condition. Conrad tells them that Paul was driving and Emily is stunned. Victoria also doesn't believe his story. Daniel asks Emily what she saw. She says Paul's body was thrown and Conrad came up from behind her.
Emily asks Aiden to continue giving Conrad medication.
Victoria pays a visit to long-time acquaintance Sheila, owner of the Hampton's premiere art gallery. She's there for a job and Sheila loves what it will do for her business.
Emily finds Daniel speaking with a Detective March, who is in charge of the accident investigation. Daniel has already given March a statement on Emily's behalf, as well as giving him a donation check for the department. On her way out she agrees to give one of the employees at the magazine a statement to use for the intro profile on Daniel.
At the beach club Patrick tells Nolan he's considering leaving town.
Conrad gets a call from March, he assures the detective he's having the car from the accident taking care of. He turns around to find Aiden. Conrad asks him to leave and revokes his access to the manor. Aiden calls Emily and gives her an update.
Emily goes to the bar and tells Jack she no longer thinks Conrad will confess. Jack wants to help her bring Conrad down but she tells him to stay out of it. After Emily leaves Jack picks up his phone and tells someone "I need some info."
Daniel is furious with Emily to read about his drunk driving charge in the magazine. She responds that she finds what he's doing with March to be "disgusting" and storms out.
Nolan can't stop himself from grabbing a computer and jumping online to look into Patrick.
Aiden is doing something with pills while wearing gloves.
Patrick goes to Sheila with some of Victoria's paintings. When she asks how he came to possess them he reveals he is her son. Sheila says legally she can't purchase the work without some paperwork. He then reminds her of her history of re-selling works on illegal markets.
Jack is waiting for Emily at the salvage yard. Jack has taken video of the car and spotted evidence that makes it clear Conrad was driving. The car is taken away to be destroyed
Emily tells Nolan about Jack interjecting himself into the process. She says her way to make amends with Daniel is to attend Victoria's gathering at Sheila's gallery.
At the gallery event Victoria references Emily and Daniel having a spat. Emily sends a text to Jack asking if he's gone to the police.
Daniel tells Conrad that the case is close and he is in the clear. He tells Conrad about the DUI bio fight with Emily. He says the reason he helped Conrad out was because he couldn't afford the bad pub right before his magazine launch. Daniel leaves and Conrad gets a shocking call.
Nolan goes to Florida and finds Patrick's ex-wife. He offers her money in exchange for information about Patrick and she seems up for it.
Victoria goes to Sheila about her reselling a piece of artwork she owns without the legal paperwork. Victoria charges her with larceny and threatens to call the police. Victoria say she won't call if she tells everyone at the gathering that Victoria is the gallery's new owner.
Victoria tells Patrick their plan for her to acquire the gallery has worked.
Jack tells Emily he shows pictures of the car to a mechanic buddy. He was told that somebody drained the brake fluid, which caused the accident. Conrad texts Emily that he wants to meet about a "huge discovery."
Emily tells Aiden about the brakes and wants him to assure her it wasn't him. During this conversation she admits that Jack knows who she really is.
Conrad pours out a bottle of pills in front of Victoria, Daniel and Emily. He's had a second MRI, which reveals he never had Huntington's Disease. Conrad says he wants to re-claim his positions as master of the home.
Emily and Daniel talk about their upcoming marriage. He asks why she wants to marry him. She say she loves him and wants them to go home together. He declines.
Nolan appears to have learned that Patrick is gay. He leans in for a kiss, but Patrick turns away. But a moment later Patrick grabs Nolan and kisses him passionately.
Emily tells Jack about Conrad's discovery. Charlie arrives at hands Jack an invitation to Emily and Daniel's wedding. He realizes she's planning to take the family down at the wedding and wants to be there. She doesn't think he needs to be a part of it.
Aiden tells Conrad he's looked into the accident. He tells him about the brakes being tampered with and says "Jack Porter wants you dead."

We open with Emily and Aiden arguing over investigating the attempt on Conrad's life. He questions whether her influence over Daniel is waning.
Margo invites Jack to be her date for the huge party the magazine is throwing to roll out the first edition. Her father will be there, making it a particularly big deal. He initially declines, citing his issues with the Graysons, but she talks him into it.
Conrad hires a PI to look into the threats on his life. Aiden comes in and guarantees he can put Jack behind bars. Conrad says he'll hire him permanently if he can get that done.
Victoria arranges a surprise run-in between Daniel and both Patrick and Emily. It works to break the ice with Patrick, but Daniel's still upset with Emily.
Emily goes dress shopping with Victoria and Charlie. When Emily leaves to try on a dress, Victoria tells Charlie that Daniel needs their help. Victoria tells Charlie her issue with Emily was breaking their first engagement over the relationship with Jack.
Patrick asks Nolan how he knew he was gay. He's found out that Nolan paid his ex-wife for dirt on him and is upset he went behind his back.
Margo preps for the party. She tells Daniel they have a wedding issue come up and says they need more for Emily's profile. She asks Daniel about a picture of Emily's family they can use.
Conrad tells Victoria he thinks Jack turned Charlie against him. He tells her about his arrangement with Aiden.
Jack comes home and finds Aiden waiting for him. Aiden tells him he needs to start worrying about Conrad. He says Jack needs to run and never look back.
Emily tells Nolan about Aiden's involvement in the Conrad investigation. He's not thrilled.
Victoria tells Aiden she doesn't want to give up any emotional leverage over Emily. She's concerned his meddling with Jack will do that.
Victoria drops by Emily's before the magazine party. She says she's learned Conrad is convinced Jack was behind the car accident. She claims to be there to make sure she doesn't end up in Conrad's line of fire.
At the party Margo tells Conrad her father broke his leg and could not fly. Charlie arrives and tells Daniel she doesn't want to talk about what is going on with her and Conrad.
Emily drops by Jack's bar and tells him what Victoria told her about Conrad. He tells her about the visit and warning from Aiden. Jack says he's planning to get his son to safety and then come back and finish the job with Conrad. He doesn't think he can trust Emily to get the job done since she can't even trust the people who work for her.
Charlie gets upset with Victoria when she asks Daniel about Emily being a no-show thus far at the party.
Emily meets Aiden at the docks. He demands to know whether she loves Jack. She thinks he's acting out of jealousy. Aiden responds that she was playing into Victoria's hands by running to Jack and not being by Daniel's side.
Nolan goes to see Patrick and tries to explain he did what he did as a type of defense mechanism. He apologizes.
Victoria finds Margo alone in her office ripping pages out of her magazine. Margo tells Victoria her father refused to come because he hated the magazine. Victoria tells Margo she loved the magazine and advises not to let herself be controlled by a powerful man.
Emily arrives at the party and finds a furious Daniel. He thinks he's the only one fighting for their relationship and says "I can't marry you Emily."
Emily and Nolan talk about the latest development with Daniel. Nolan thinks Daniel has "evolved." Nolan thinks the issue is that Emily can't give Daniel honesty. He thinks the way to win him back is to give him a piece of herself.
Patrick seems to be doing an excellent job selling Victoria's works. He mentions that he thought he'd met somebody interesting but now he's not so sure.
Aiden sends Victoria a text that he wants them to speak alone.
Margo goes to see Jack, who stood her up for the party. He tells her he had an intruder and had to take his son away. Emily is upstairs going through some of Amanda's pictures and sees this. Jack and Margo kiss.
Aiden tells Victoria that Jack wasn't the reason Emily was late for the party. He tells there was no forced entry into the garage that night, meaning the person who gained access to Conrad's car had the code. It had to have been one of her children.
Victoria goes to Conrad with Charlie. A tearful Charlie admits to Conrad that it was her. She lost her mind as to what happened with Declan and offers to confess. Conrad said he will protect her and forgive her. She tells him she loves him and they embrace.
Aiden tells Emily that it was Patrick who cut Conrad's brake lines. He says he told this to Victoria and assumes she'll deal with it internally. Emily likes the fact this means Victoria now owes Aiden a large favor. Emily tells him how much he means to her and they kiss.
Victoria and Charlie walk downstairs. She tells Victoria she lied and took the blame in the hope it might help Jack.
Emily gives Daniel a picture of her with her parents. She tells him a story from her childhood and gets emotional talking about her father. She tells him it's hard for her to trust anyone and talks about the pain of losing her family. Emily says this is why she pushes people away but says she wants to marry him. He says he feels the same and they embrace.
During the final montage we see Patrick return to Nolan.

Open with Emily getting up from bed in the morning with Daniel and going to Nolan's place. She's alarmed to find Patrick leaving but he tells her about their new relationship. She doesn't seem to like the development.
Charlie asks Jack about his son still being out of town with family. Jack says he won't be back until after Emily and Daniel's wedding. She tells him about her "reconciliation" with Conrad, saying it was to help him.
Jack calls Emily to tell her about Charlie's revelation. She tells him it was Patrick who tried to kill Conrad. He's mad at her for not keeping him in the loop about more things.
During brunch Charlie invites Patrick to an event. Victoria takes him aside and tells him to wait for her at the gallery. Victoria sits down with Charlie, Emily and Daniel and talks about the upcoming wedding. Emily tells her the wedding is "full speed ahead" and they're planning a family honeymoon. Conrad joins the table and tells them he's hired a real estate specialist named Morgan and Grayson Manor has been sold. Victoria is furious and leaves the table.
Emily tells Aiden they need the Grayson to stay in their home for three more weeks, as her plan depends on them being there. She thinks their only option is to "take down the house itself."
At the gallery Victoria tells Patrick about the estate. She vows to be free of Conrad and wants to put the gallery in his name so he can't get his hands on it. She then tells him she knows he was the one who tried to kill Conrad. She tells him she'll always cherish the act.
Daniel walks into a bakery and runs into Sarah (the woman he hit in his DUI). He's shocked to learn that his parents didn't take care of her financial in the way he thought. Sarah's mad she read she was nothing more than a "problem" for him to overcome.
Emily goes to Southampton city hall and replaces a file with one from her purse.
Patrick checks in on Nolan, who hasn't been returning his calls. Nolan says that their shared relationships are making it difficulty for the relationship to continue. Patrick says he doesn't want anyone to stand in their way and Nolan agrees.
Daniel talks to Charlie about Sarah and how guilty he feels. He thinks he owes her more and says he's going to go dig up the legal settlement. He leaves and Charlie calls Sarah's employer to report her being rude.
Morgan hits on Conrad pretty blatantly but he turns her down.
Victoria tells Aiden that as long as he keeps Patrick's secret he'll always have a place with her. She wants him to help her "send Emily packing."
While Daniel looks through the settlement case with Sarah Emily calls him to say they've having foundation issues. We see Aiden go to work with a sledgehammer. They talk about how close they are and kiss.
Nolan stops by Jack's place. They start talking about Emily screwing with their lives and Nolan drops the bomb about her real identity.
Emily tells Morgan about the foundation issues with her home. She says there is beach erosion underneath and it's a major issue on that side of the island. She makes it sound hopeless.
Jack asks Nolan how long he's known. Nolan tells him about the promise he made to Amanda's father. Nolan says he was defending the truth and Jack tells him they're still friends. He mentions that Patrick doesn't know about Charlie taking the blame and asks if Nolan is certain Patrick will never hurt anyone else. Jack says he'll "take care of" helping him get rid of Patrick.
Charlie goes to see Sarah, who is now even angrier with Daniel after being fired. But she admits for a second her heart "skipped a beat" when she saw Daniel. Charlie offers her a job.
Aiden tells Victoria to rush home so she can be there for a meeting with Conrad and Morgan. Morgan walks in with the file Emily planted, a bogus survey of the beach. She says nobody will touch the property at this point. Victoria tells Conrad she's moving out.
Emily tells Aiden they need to find a way to get Victoria back in the house.
Jack tells Conrad he wants a cease-fire after telling him a significant piece of news.
Daniel talks to Charlie at a party at the bar. She shows him that she's hired Sarah to work in the kitchen. He tells her he's learned their parents' lawyers screwed her over, finding a way to not pay for her rehab.
Nolan tells Emily that he gave Jack his blessing to tell Conrad about Patrick. She's pissed, even more so when he says he told Jack about her real identity. Nolan is tired of what's been happening to him.
Aiden brings Victoria to a room filled with gold. He tells her it's the "missing Grayson fortune."
Victoria rushes to Conrad and confronts him about the gold. He tells her knows nothing about it and she responds that she's not leaving him now. He shows her the knife Patrick used to sabotage his car and challenge her about getting Charlie to lie for Patrick. Conrad says he's already working on tucking Patrick away "forever."
Daniel tells Sarah he saw the settlement and is finally aware of what happened to her. He says he wants to earn her forgiveness and asks for the opportunity to try.
Emily and Aiden talk about the difficulty with where they are right now. He assures her it will all be over soon.
Victoria goes to Patrick and begs her to leave. She promises she'll bring him back when the time is right.
Emily apologizes to Nolan and Jack. She says she doesn't want anything left unsaid and that she'll need to disappear when everything is over. She tells them she wants to them "everything," including her plan to pin the murder of Emily Thorne on Victoria.

We open with a flash back to 2010. Daniel is about to introduce Sarah to Victoria for the first time.
In present day Emily pops into the bathroom and talks about the upcoming bridal shower with Daniel. He is distant.
Charlie tells Victoria that Daniel has been sneaking around with Sarah.
Jack tells Nolan he's worried about Margo sniffing around Conrad's life. Jack finds out that Aiden is moving in with Nolan and isn't thrilled. Emily drops by to get things for Aiden and Jack gives her a piece of his mind.
Daniel runs into Sarah at the market. They talk about their respective feelings and he is clearly conflicted. After Daniel leaves, Sarah turns around to find Emily waiting for her. Emily says she meant to surprise Daniel for lunch and followed him. She accuses Sarah of having a relationship with Daniel and begins to cry. Sarah swears she's not a home-wrecker.
Conrad tells Margo he's been offered a more lucrative deal from another publisher. He pops into Daniel's office and the two talk about Sarah. Conrad asks him to join him in the city.
Margo tells Jack she's sure the Graysons are hiding something. He thinks she should talk to Nolan.
Jack asks Charlie for info on Aiden. She says he handled "messes" for her parents. We see Charlie get an email with the subject "Missing these, Charlotte?" She looks shocked but doesn't tell Jack anything.
Noland gives Aiden the rules for living with him. Emily drops by. While she's there Aiden gets a text from Charlie which he keeps to himself.
Sarah meets with Victoria. She says she won't help her break up her son's marriage. Victoria says Emily is bad news and wants her to give it a chance, "for Daniel's sake."
Conrad brings Daniel to a private residence that no female members of the family have been aware of. It's essentially his go-to spot for affairs and he gives Daniel the keys.
Emily tells Nolan that since her "performance" Sarah hasn't returned Daniel's calls.
Aiden goes to Jack's place and tells him he never meant to separate him from his son. He tells Jack he is the "future" and what Jack and Emily had was puppy love.
Charlie (the reason for his visit) meets Aiden him outside. She tells him somebody is blackmailing her with nude pics she posed for in Europe. The person wants 40K and she wants it to "go away." He asks to borrow her computer and says he'll help for free.
At the bridal shower Victoria shows Emily and Daniel that Sarah is there in charge of the food. After saying her toast Charlie gets a note that she should go to the Stowaway immediately. Victoria takes the stage and announces there will be a game involving Conrad.
Aiden arranges a meeting with the man who is trying to blackmail Charlie. He starts beating the crap out of the guy. When Jack walks out to break it up Charlie tells him it's okay.
Conrad blindfolds Daniel for a game of This Is Your Life. He brings out a college buddy named James.
Nolan tells Margo he doesn't think there is anything about Grayson Global worth printing in a book.
Victoria pulls Emily up on stage and blindfolds her for her round of the game. A middle aged man comes out and Victoria tells the room he is her ex-husband. It turns out that he is gay and Emily married him to help with his green card. He wasn't completely honest with Victoria on the phone and she's clearly upset this wasn't a "gotcha!" moment. This incident upsets Sarah, who is furious with Victoria and storms out. She tells Victoria to let Daniel go.
Emily and Nolan chat with her "ex-husband," who she met while training with Takeda. He also was training for revenge and his mission is over. Nolan is surprised that he seems to have found happiness after his revenge.
Daniel has Sarah over to his new hideout. She tells him what his mother has been up to and says she won't be able to make his wedding cake. He responds that today he realized that Emily is just like his mother and "I don't want to marry my mother." He shows her that he's been holding on to her necklace from the night of her accident and says he can't commit to his mother. They kiss but she pulls away, saying she can't do anything until he speaks to Emily.
Victoria tells Emily about the hideout and hands her a card. She has Emily call the number. The butler answers and says that Daniel and his "lady-friend have settled in for the night." Emily looks devastated and Victoria is overjoyed.
Jack drops by Emily's place and tells her about Charlie and Aiden beating up the man who was blackmailing her. He asks about Aiden and wants a guarantee she knows what she's doing.
Nolan comes home to find Aiden on his computer shopping for handguns. He's working on setting up Victoria as the buyer of the murder weapon. He then tells Nolan he wants him do something and it must stay between them.
Daniel tells Emily they need to talk. She gives him a box and tells him she followed him and Sarah the other day and broke down with Sarah. She says she went to the doctor and found out she's pregnant. In the box is a sonogram.
Margo tells Jack she has a "last-minute meeting in the city." We see that it is Lydia Davis, who looks overjoyed to talk about Conrad.

Open with Emily and Daniel taking wedding pictures for the magazine two days before the big day. Afterwards they're asked about possible children and Daniel cuts off the reporter. He wants to keep it quiet until after the wedding, but Emily is excited to tell everybody.
Margo puts Lydia up in a hotel, telling her to stay out of site. Margo still wants to find some corroboration for her saying David Clarke was framed and asks for a list of those who can back up her story.
Conrad and Victoria look through some old family pictures and Victoria refers to Emily as a "charlatan." She thinks Daniel's feelings for Sarah will end things.
Daniel and Sarah meet in his office. They have spoken in a week and she tells him she's not going to wait around. He says only that things are "complicated."
Emily talks to Nolan and Aiden about Daniel and Sarah. She worried that her baby plan hasn't worked as well as she'd hope. Nolan suggests she leak the story so they don't lose him to Sarah. She's going to wait at least until after her seating arrangement meeting with Victoria. After Emily leaves Aiden and Nolan talks about a plan she's not aware of.
While they talk seating arrangements Victoria mentions Sarah and her surprise she hasn't left Daniel. All of a sudden they see clothes falling from the second story. They go upstairs and find Lydia. After confirming she saved Lydia, Victoria asks Emily to leave them alone. Lydia notices she and Conrad are separated. They argue over who has been worse off and Lydia tells her to keep her visit a secret and "maybe I'll go easy on you."
Jack visits Margo at her office with lunch. Their relationship seems to b going well. He notices a Conrad file sitting on her desk.
Sarah goes to see Charlie and tells her she's quitting her job with Jack. It's because of her lingering feelings for Daniel. Charlie says she won't let her go. Charlie thinks she and Daniel should be together.
Emily makes a snarky comment to Lydia and gets shoved down in front of Daniel and Victoria. This leads to Daniel telling Victoria about the pregnancy. Victoria isn't thrilled.
Victoria tells Conrad about Emily's claim of pregnancy. She thinks it's a lie. Conrad says he's being interviewed by Time magazine and the potential of a cover story exists.
Emily updates Aiden and Nolan. She and Nolan tell Aiden about the old picture of her at the New Year's Eve party and Lydia being out to get her.
Charlie finds Daniel during a run. She asks him why he's stressed and he confesses to Sarah it's because of Sarah.
Jackk asks Nolan if he can keep tabs on what Margo is working on by taking control of her computer. Jack is worried and doesn't want her to get deeper into the story.
A throng of media ambush Emily and Daniel at her doctor's office. She makes a point to remind him that the only person they told was Victoria.
Daniel confronts Victoria about leaking the pregnancy. Victoria denies it and says Emily may have done it to keep him from leaving her for Sarah. Victoria calls Emily a con artist. Daniel yells at her and says they're getting married the following day. "You lost. It's over."
Conrad comes home and finds Lydia waiting for him. He compliments her and she references their recent past. We see that she was secretly taping the conversation.
Charlie surprises Emily with an in-home makeover/pampering. Emily confirms she's pregnant. Charlie apologizes for not having been helpful.
When Lydia tells Margo she got nothing from Conrad, Margo is furious. She tells her their relationship is over.
At the gun range Aiden tells Emily about Lydia and Margo. He brings her a gun and she begins taking shots with Victoria's bracelet on in order to cover it with gunshot residue.
Nolan meets with Margo in her office. He says he's got a lead for her.
Lydia pays Conrad a visit and says she's come to her senses. She says she never should have chosen Victoria over him want them to make up They kiss.
Sarah's mad at Daniel that he didn't tell her Emily was pregnant. He says he fell in love with her again but doesn't want to raise a child in a broken home. She gives him back the necklace and after she leaves he drops it into the water.
Charlie tells Victoria she's going to move out and suggests they stop meddling in Daniel's life.
Aiden surprises Emily with a room full of candles. He recalls their first meeting and asks her to marry him. She says yes. Following sex Emily gets a call from Daniel and says she has to leave. He says he looks forward to a time when they won't have to be apart.
Margo goes to see Jack. She says Nolan told her there is more to Conrad and he is linked to the story she wants to tell. He says Conrad is responsible for the death of his wife and brother. She says telling the story would mean letting him go and she doesn't want to do that. They embrace.
The night before the wedding Emily asks Daniel if things are over with Sarah. He says he's "all-in" with her and the baby.
After sex Conrad shows Lydia the old photo files. She asks if she can look through them. She finds an album for the Grayson New Year's Eve party in 2002-2003 and spots the one of Emily working as a server.
Victoria tells Emily she won't be attending the wedding.

Daniel has dropped by the office. He and Sara talk briefly and shes clearly still very upset.
Patrick shows up unexpectedly to surprise Victoria. We see that Conrad is behind him being there, as a way to get her to attend the wedding. Conrad and Patrick get her to promise to attend all wedding activities.
Aiden goes over the plan. While on the yacht they will play a slideshow Nolan has prepared. Emily will spill a drink on Victoria, forcing her to leave the room. Aiden will lock her in the bathroom long enough for Emily to sneak on deck, dump her blood on the floor, shoot two shots into the air and jump overboard. She will swim to a nearby buoy where scuba gear has been planted, then make her way to shore and rendezvous with Aiden. With no alibi and gunshot residue on her dress Victoria will be arrested for murder where they anticipate her rolling on Conrad.

Victoria tells him she wants to salvage their relationship and tells him he doesnt look happy. Conrad arrives and says Lydia will be joining them on the honeymoon. Emily reminds Lydia of the deal and she responds I want you to get exactly whats coming to you.
Jack and Sara watch wedding news while drinking at the bar. She tells him about Daniel and suggests they hook up. Daniel says he should call her a cab. Jack finds an envelope with his name on it by the phone. It contains the necklace.
Nolan tells Patrick he knows about his role in Conrads accident. They talk about doing things for the people they love.
On the ship Emily addresses the audience and says she brought them all together because of the importance of family. The slideshow starts and Emily spills a drink on Victoria. Emily walks out to the deck and Daniel gets a call from Sara. He answers it and says what are you talking about? It was Saras roommate, saying Sara tried to kill herself.
Lydia follows Victoria to her room and shows her the picture of Emily.
As Emily prepares to dump her blood on the deck when Victoria surprises her. She says the photo proves Emily has been targeted her family for years and wants to know who Emily really is. Emily admits not being pregnant. Victoria takes off her bracelet and throws it overboard. Aiden sneaks up behind Victoria and grabs her. Daniel shows up on deck and tells Emily he hears everything. Open with Emily bleeding from her stomach. She's torn her stitches and Nico comes over to fix her up. Emily asks her to cauterize the wound.
Nolan doesn't want to hear apologizes from Patrick. He gives him a police report from that indicated somebody else was searching for Patrick Osborne.
Victoria drops by to see Emily following a house call with Victoria's therapist. She thinks Emily is trying to gain insight into her. Victoria makes sure to point out how distant Daniel has been with her.
While walking with Jack, Margo opens the latest issue and sees that pieces of her article have been changed.
Conrad and Emily talk about her actions with regard to Lydia and Daniel. He tells her that Daniel will eventually betray her.
Emily knocks on Daniel's door. He invites her in and she finds him very proudly in bed with Sara.
Emily confronts Sara at the pool and asks her to leave. Sara says she's sticking by Daniel.
Aiden learns that Nico is going to be staying with him. She tells him Emily took the news she can't have children the hardest. She says she needs him to help her and kisses him.
Daniel is furious with Margo about a sentence in the issue that references Conrad buying Lydia a handgun. She says the line was not there when she proofed the final draft and blames her assistant Jessica, who has suddenly left for Europe. They are handed word that Conrad is suing the magazine for libel. Daniel thinks his father must have paid off Jessica.
Patrick confronts Victoria about the fact his birth father Jimmy went looking for him at the orphanage and was arrested for trespassing. She tells him she met him when she was 15 and wasn't her boyfriend. Victoria says he wasn't the father Patrick deserved. He's pissed
Victoria warns Daniel that Emily will "crush" Sara.
Daniel tells Emily he's fired the entire staff. Gossip had been getting out and he punished the staff for what he knows she did. Emily whispers that she's fighting to win him back, but doesn't believe anything she says.
As they watch Jimmy playing with his kids from a car Patrick talks to Victoria about what the feeling of parental rejection was like. He wishes things could have been different.
Emily tells Nolan she's paying the lost wages for the staff. She's thinking of ways to get rid of Sara. He says he wants to cut Aiden lose. Nolan mentions Aiden and Nico being together and Emily seems shaken by the news.
While going for a swim Emily has some type of blackout. She "wakes up" and is standing by Aiden at Nolan's place. He asks why she's there and Emily is confused. He wants to tell her his side of things but she wants to leave.
Conrad tells Margo he'll drop his suit if Daniel is fired. He offers to buy Daniel's shares at twice the value and she agrees to the deal.
Nolan comes home and Nico tells him Aiden has disappeared. He sees that she is studying her father's autopsy and thinks his killer stole his Kitana and probably still has it in their possession.

Victoria follows Patrick to a bar. He's pretending to be a work contact to meet Jimmy. She wants to tell him things about Jimmy but he doesn't want to hear it. On her way out Victoria runs into Jimmy and recoils in horror. He doesn't seem to recognize her. Back at the house Victoria tells Patrick that he is the product of rape. Jimmy began stalking her and the scholarship in Paris was her only way out.
Margo comes home but decides not to tell Jack about Daniel getting the boot. He tells her he's been house-hunting and wants them to live together. He tells her he loves her and she responds in kind.
Aiden shows Nico some evidence that seems to indicate a man named Hoffman killed her father. He's still alive and living in Russia. He's booked her a flight so she can get her revenge. He's not going with her.
Emily tracks down Sara's mother. She yells at her daughter for lying about her work life and being a "home-wrecker." Sara's mother wants her to leave Daniel but Sara blows her off. Sara's mother disowns her and leaves. A distraught Sara runs upstairs and Daniel glares at Emily.
That night Sara tells Daniel she doesn't think Emily will ever let him go. She thinks her mother is right and "wants out."
Aiden thanks Nolan for doctoring the information he gave Nico. They talk about Emily and Aiden thinks she's been "off." Hoffman was the man who killed Declan and Nolan thinks Nico killing him will mean justice is served.
We see Nico finding her father's Kitana under Aiden's bed.
Daniel tells Emily that Sara left him. He grabs her and tosses her on the bed. "You took from me, so I took from you," she says. Daniel says making her sterile "was my gift to the universe." He leaves and she weeps. Again the room spins and she has another blackout. This time Emily wakes up in bed. Conrad walks out of the bathroom and says "you were marvelous last night, Mrs. Grayson."
We see Conrad's first wife get off a plane. She's back, it seems.
